In summary

Evans Barnes Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and peaceful setting, making it a valued part of the Andalusia golfing community. The course offers a pleasant experience with affordable rates and a welcoming atmosphere, particularly noted for its accommodating staff towards families and beginners. However, some visitors have experienced issues with customer service and perceived disrespect, particularly among younger players, and there are occasional remarks about rough cart paths and the view from certain holes.

Love this quaint and peaceful little golf course. Staff very friendly and welcoming. All other golfers I’ve met here were very friendly and considerate. Highly recommend.

The Ol Course is a pillar of the Andalusia golfing community. If you would like a cart arrive early.

Course is alright, me and my buddies payed for 9 and didn’t even get to play 9 before we got kicked out, and we weren’t even acting up. Teenagers don’t get any respect around that course and they always think we’re up to no good. Plus the guys at the front desk were always rude to us. I would much rather go to the country club anyway.

I really wish I had caught the man's name that was at the front desk. My son has recently decided he wants to try Golf (he's only 5) , so I decided to buy him a club. I took him to the golf course and was going to pay for 9 holes just for him to putt. The man at the front showed me the practice putt area and gave my son a ton of balls and told him to have at it, no charge. The guy was awesome. I really appreciated that, it was a nice gesture and it made my son really like golf. So, whoever you are, thank you sir!

Had not played there in 40 year but the course is more lovely than when I would play every day and you can't beat the price.
