I have been going to meetings here for almost 50 years, from the old building to the new building, and through several management changes. They have an excellent staff now, are easy to work with on the booking end, the servers are excellent (especially Jennifer), and the cooks are consistently top-notch and will customize your meal the way that you ask

The venue itself is very nice and pretty, however the food was not good. We were also the last table to get our food and there wasn't any left. We had to wait for the event manager to notice and then go ask the kitchen for more. It was really embarrassing and definitely not worth the price. When we finally got our food, it was super salty and the meat was very dry. Then the servers began clearing our dishes before we were finished and while our guest speaker was speaking. It was also very warm in the venue. Our event planner asked if they could turn the AC up because it was so warm. The vents…

The ECC is still operating even though it got popped by a recent tornado. Staff is always polite.

The absolute worst!!!!! We booked a room for a baby shower 3 months ahead and paid for it, but when the day got here they had the room set up for overflow for a wedding reception? That was understandable, everyone makes mistakes. You would think that as a business they would try and make some better arrangements for their paying customers. No. They told us we could use the room for two hours. (We paid for the whole day) they didn’t offer to refund some of our money or anything and the employees were huffing and rolling their eyes when we were trying to find a solution. The building is always first rate. It's clean and the staff works very had to make you welcome and to take care of your needs. Easy access from Hwy 27 with plenty of parking.

Food at meeting has definitely gotten better. Has been hit or miss the past couple of years.

We had our Christmas party there. The food and service was amazing and so delicious. I will go again!

Have been playing golf at ECC for over 30 years and thanks to our greenskeeper and his staff the course is in the best condition it has been for years. The course is most enjoyable to play, not overly long, but a nice test of golf. The front nine has three par 5s, three par 3s, and three par 4s, and not a lot of water. On the back nine there are two par 5s and two par 3s, and water holes comes into play. The greens are mini-verde and the fairways and rough are bermuda. Overall it makes for a wonderful golfing experience.

I'm a member of a local civic group and we have our monthly meetings here over lunch and the atmosphere is always great and the food is always good.
