Excelsior Springs Golf Club

Couldn't tell much about the course from the pics online, but wow. This course was absolutely amazing. Props to the greens keepers, course was in excellent condition. The undulation of this course was sweet, big hills, tilted fairways, tough but fair greens, big tree's. Only downside is that i don't live closer to it. Did have to prepay which was new for me, but understand. If you are near the Elms or Excelsior Spring and your a golfer, play this course.

The course was in fantastic shape. The pace was a little slow but it never got too bad. The clubhouse food is excellent. Carts are great as well

The Excelsior Springs Golf Course is one of the most beautiful courses in the area. 18 holes, the course has a driving range and a full serve restaurant. Perfect for travelers visiting at The Elms or one of our bed and breakfasts. Recently the City invested in renovating and rebuilding a clubhouse which surrounds a historic cabin that has been preserved on the inside. Definitely a site to see! Ask for Kris’ fried chicken, a local favorite!

I just drive thru there it’s a short cut. But they do have a nice course and good food!

Friendly staff. Pace is as laid back & relaxed or as fast as you'd like. Course is in amazing shape with fun & slick greens. No bunkers to worry with but avoid the thick stuff!

Had an excellent golf experience here! This course was a hidden diamond and kept in exceptional condition. Greens were phenomenal, fairways were manicured and lots of challenges on this course which made for truly fun filled round of golf.

What a great course! Well taken care of, friendly staff, good food, and affordable! Can’t wait to come back!

I usually have a wonderful time at excelsior springs. Course always looks amazing, but recently the pros have not been the most pleasant. When you come to excelsior expect to see a great course with poor management. Such a shame to ruin such a beautiful course with bad people…

Staff was NOT pleasant. Rates on their website do NOT match what they charge at the course. The staff seemed offended and bitter when we politely asked about the 21 and under rate that was explicitly shown on their website. Staff told us it was an UNDER 21 rate that they offer and proceed to charge our 21 year old in our group $30 for our Friday twilight 18 hole walking (despite website explicitly saying it's $24 for an adult Friday twilight walking 18). The 18 year olds in our group did receive the 21 and under rate but for $22, which website said $14. So inconsistent prices and not nice staf…

Very well maintained course and fun layout. Staff is rude. A member that was paired with us kept calling the club house on other groups. I understand rules are in place to take care of the course but this was excessive. Had a similar experience the first time I played here also. Hoped it was a one time situation, but the atmosphere of this course is very off putting.
