Fillmore Golf Club

I'll start by saying I'm not from the area, and I have no idea what its like on a typical in-season weekend morning. My son goes to college nearby, and I was looking for a place we could play and get through our round as fast as possible, as we had afternoon plans. I checked their website for tee times, and EVERY time was available from 8-4, so I banked on us getting through our round pretty quickly which ended up being the case. It was cool, but not cold and calm and quiet, really nice. Like others have stated, cart paths need work, and some of the signs on the holes look like Halloween decor…

You don't even get what you pay for here.You can tell a good golf course by at least the tee boxes being level. Was first clue, after the look of "clubhouse/pro shop". Greens had dead spots, hoels, and old holes were either to low or sticking up. Dead spots and poorly mowed fairways. Even the hole markets looked the haven't been updated in 30 years. Definately not worth the $84 for 2.

Booked a tee time and paid online, arrived at the course and no one was there, doors locked. I tried calling multiple times, no one answered and I’m not able to leave a voicemail.

You get what you pay for, course was in awful shape. Losing a ball that you hit 300+ in the fairway bc it’s lodged in mud and leaves is crazy to me. Fairways felt like I was hitting out of the rough. Layout was very nice, but needs maintenance. Hopefully the owner can find people that want to work in this awful time.

This place is a dog track. My dad and I have been coming to play here for like 15 years. We get a quick 9 in and spend the rest of the day on the lake. If you have no other options it'll get the job done. But there are other options in the area.

Course is vastly improved! Good staff, great pricing, and wonderful views. Fairways are in good shape as are the greens. Nice job!

I love the layout of the course, and the tremendous views that this course provides. However, the greens and fairways haven't been well kept in several years.

Course is in rough shape. Greens are ok but very slow. The rest of the course is dry and hard

Owner was wonderful to 3 of our family parties have been held there.

Course I'd nice when it's not wet, but staff is unfriendly
