In summary

King Ferry Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic views of Cayuga Lake, friendly staff, and well-maintained course, with a layout that offers a mix of easy and challenging holes. The course is particularly noted for its reasonable pricing and being beginner-friendly, with amenities like a driving range and practice areas. If I could give zero stars I would for a plethora of reasons. The golf carts stalled out on every hole. States 18 hole course, but was only 9 holes. Pictures on website do not accurately represent the course as a whole. Need updated pictures.

I've played at King Ferry many times, and the course is usually in great shape. The owners have always been very nice to me. The rough has tall grass like a Links Course. Seniors 55 and over get a discount. The views of Cayuga Lake are spectacular. 5 holes are fairly easy, 4 are very hard. No sand traps. I was told they are planning to add another 9 holes in the future. I love playing there.

My 21 year old son and I are beginner golfers. After taking three days of golf lessons in Hilton Head we returned home and decided to try Kings Ferry as our first course. As others have said it is scenic, well kept and the staff are great. It has a driving range with a practice putting green and chipping area. I think it is a great course for beginners. No crowds, no rush, no pressure, very reasonably priced. We especially enjoy twighlight playing and often are the last to finish. As a beginner, it is hard to say how difficult it is compared to other courses. There are a variety of challenges.…

Fabulous views, friendly employees, rarely a wait, competitive greens fees, well maintained. But, bring plenty of balls--you won't find yours if you miss the fairways. Some wicked (#6 is ridiculous ) greens--everything (slope, grain) goes toward the lake. A fun challenging course.

Great little 9-hole track. Its mainly a links style course with a couple holes cut through the woods that break up the round. Very reasonable pricing and the course is usually in great shape. The owners are very friendly and accommodating as well. Will be back

The owner was friendly, course was in great shape considering how dry the season has been. Glad we were able to take in the scenic shots!

I love playing this golf course so much that we drive up every time we can from Georgia to play. There's no more beautiful view than what they have at KFG.
