In summary

Fore Sisters Golf Club is appreciated for its challenging mountain layout, beautiful scenery, and reasonable pricing, making it a favorite for those seeking a unique golfing experience. The course is noted for its well-maintained greens and interesting holes, although some visitors report inconsistent fairway and tee box conditions, particularly during dry spells. While the rustic clubhouse and friendly staff add to the charm, the lack of food services and the hilly terrain may pose challenges, especially when cart path restrictions are in place.

Played this course as part of a fund raising tournament. It is VERY hilly (in the mountains) and can require a lot of up/down walking during "cart path" only restrictions. Very pretty scenery and frequent sightings of wildlife! Greens could have used a bit more maintenance.

Course is in kinda rough shape, but it's a fun course to play. Clubhouse is really rustic and interesting. Seems like you could do a lot more with this place.

Played on 8/15/2025. I rated a 3 because the course was cart path only. First 9 is hilly in places and a bit difficult for 70+ yrar olds with walking hills. Fairways & tee boxes not in greatest shape. Greens were pretty good. Our carts' passenger side floor was worn through showing wires.

No food, unbelievably hilly, shot tee spots, dried out , they had bunkers, cart path only. However, very challenging and entertaining course other than the bad things.

This course does not deserve the negativity it gets in the reviews. For $40, you get a challenging mountain course with great, playable holes. This isn't Augusta National everyone. Stop being so hard on the course. Is it in perfect shape? No, but you will enjoy your round and be perfectly satisfied with the time you spent there

One of my favorite courses in the area. Quiet, beautiful 18 hole country golf coarse. Relaxing atmosphere. Respectful staff.

Played Fore Sisters Golf Club today -10/26/25. Overall I enjoyed the experience Greens had a few very rough spots but overall were in good condition, putted & rolled true but a bit slow You can tell the hard Summer drought had had impact on the course but was recovering Enjoyed the day and experience Love playing back in the Mountains in Fall They have a nice Clubhouse No food service offered today It appears best greens fee rates are thru their online reservation system Yes. I play Fore Sisters GC again!

Staff is nice and price is lower than you’ll pay for 18 holes anymore. That being said, the fairways and the tee boxes are abysmal. More dirt than grass on them. Course is maintained very poorly. Greens were ok. Carts kept getting stuck due to course conditions and the brakes on the cart wouldn’t stick leading me to have to park on flat ground pretty far from the ball to keep it from rolling downhill.

Update June 2025: In the past the course has been just okay. But I was there this week and the course was gorgeous and the greens and fairways were perfect. Looking at other recent reviews, I'm guessing the course conditions vary greatly depending on weather. But if you can catch them on a good week this the best course in the area. Im a member at Rocky Gap, but in some ways i like this better. The course is so interesting (and challenging) that it's worth giving it a try. The price is great too. So proud to have a course like this in my neighborhood. Bring bug spray though.

Fairways & tee boxes were horrible very little to no grass anywhere! I realize that there is a water shortage, but I work at a golf course here in Hershey and golf course conditions are excellent! We water our course! I We paid for 18 holes, but stopped after 9. Got my money back for the 2nd 9. Would NOT recommend this course to anyone!
