This place is a complete facility for golf. They offer driving range, 9 holes golf course (shortened), simulator rooms, and club house. Their hot dog is great. On the driving range, mats are in good-condition. Spacing is not narrow for me. Range balls are okay. I found some cracked balls once in a while. The golf course is a little shorter than usual. However, it’s a good place to sharpen iron games.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Paint Branch Golf Course, and it was an experience we will not soon forget. The course itself is a sight to behold, with beautiful holes and well-kept greens that are both challenging and inviting. As beginners, we were initially apprehensive, but the golf course proved to be the perfect place for us to learn. The team at the clubhouse was incredibly helpful, providing us with guidance on how to use the clubs and navigate the course. Their patience and expertise made our learning process much smoother and more enjoyable. What truly set…

Joined my LPGA AMA Southern MD chapter here for an event at the indoor simulator - it was awesome! First time going to Paint Branch and I’m excited to go back and play the course. If it wasn’t so windy, I might have played after our time at the simulator. They have 2 bays with trackman simulators and a bay for putting practice. Very nice facility

The course itself is great for a municipal club. Beginner friendly with flat fairways and raised greens. My issue is that there isn't a protective net behind the 9th hole to keep balls from hitting cars in the parking lot. I now need a new windshield.

We checked in 30 minutes before our tee time and had a smooth, friendly experience with the pro shop and starter. Unfortunately, the Ranger ruined it. As we were loading our bags from the car, he stopped us to say he “disagreed” with driving carts to the parking lot—even though it’s allowed—and then kept us for nearly 20 minutes with a rambling lecture about his complaints with the course, safety, and even suggesting kids shouldn’t be allowed (despite the course advertising First Tee and Youth on Course). This was meant to be a fun family round (2 adults, 2 kids), but the Ranger’s behavior cr…

The range is lit and heated. They have indoor trackman simulators to rent. A decent 9 hole course, and a nice short game facility. Staff is very nice and helpful

Lovely. Played at 8:30a on a weekday and it felt like I was the only one on the course. Cathy in the pro shop was super friendly and the place has a great overall vibe. Green complexes were in pretty good condition. Will be back for sure!

PG County has implemented a new online scheduling app for tee times. I booked a tee time on Wednesday for the following day. I attempted to cancel less than an hour after I made the tee time and the company refused to cancel it. I have never experienced this before playing golf in the DMV. Be advised they are extremely strict with the cancellation policy. P.S. The scheduling app is somewhat cumbersome as well.
