In summary

Forest Hills Golf Course is frequently praised for its beautiful and challenging layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, offering great value for its price point. The course's scenic setting and varied terrain appeal to many golfers, making it a popular choice. However, some visitors have noted issues with the condition of the cart paths, the need for clubhouse improvements, and occasional negative interactions with the management.

One of the best hidden gems near Memphis for a round. Truly if you haven't played here, you should. The course is beautiful and challenging, the staff is courteous, and the price is the best around. The clubhouse needs a little attention and the cart paths are a little rough, but with that said this is my go to course and I would recommend it to anyone

The owner was placing sand on the greens today. Our foursome was on the green of hole 3. Owner drove on green not allowing us to finish or get out the way. Said was throw on us because we were near green. Golf course is fine just need to be more respectful.

Pretty well maintained. The tee boxes are almost never level where they are set. Course drains well. Driving range is well maintained.

Best golf course around. Expect me and you crew back several times this year. Enjoyed every minute of playing out there.

This is a magnificent place to play 9 or 18 holes on a long, challenging, and hilly golf course. Fairways were in great shape and greens were in great shape, pin placement was challenging. The front 9 is easier than the back 9. We had an excellent time! We definitely go again!

The first two holes were underwhelming, but the rest of the course is fantastic. It would be great if the tee boxes were in better condition.

Waited till AFTER we paid to tell us we couldn't play as a group of 6 we would have to split up 4 and 2. Owners were extremely rude. Next time we will be going to Mirimichi Golf Course and I recommend you do to. It's nicer, and the staff is kind.

Course was in excellent condition considering we had been covered in snow less than a month ago. Greens are fast. Great scenery. Really good value. Played there again today 6/16. Course in great shape. Love this place. Played again today.7/6. Course is so nice. Only played the back nine due to they were working on the front nine greens. Nevertheless it was fun and challenging.

Me and my friends were kicked off the course for doing nothing but doing exactly what was given to us. The head pro gave each of our 3some our own carts. This was unusual but we just went along with it. The owner met us on the first tee box and disrespected all of us for 10 minutes. We’ve spent thousands of dollars over the past 2 decades playing at this course. I can’t believe the owner of the course would speak to others this way. Giving everyone a full warning the owners aren’t polite by any means.

Love the course. The only problem is the owner books other teams at the same time, and most of the time, it gets backed up. Great green and challenging greens. I'd recommend you guys go there. Beautiful course.
