Fox Lake Country Club

Was passing through the area on a nice 85 degree evening. I never golfed there and thought I would try to get 9 in quick. I was glad I did. It was a beautiful course in great shape. Here is a pic of the lakeside green on hole number 9.

Was able to enjoy an incredibly beautiful Saturday of golf here on October 19. The course was in great condition, with the tee boxes and sand traps were well groomed. The greens were smooth and putted well. I made reservations online and it all went without a hitch. The staff was very friendly and cordial, and we had a great time. Will definitely come back!

Awesome, local golf course. Challenging layout with beautiful landscape and scenery. Nice mixture of straight holes and blind pins. Forces one to think about and use different clubs. I'll go again if I'm in the area.

Played here last weekend. The course was in amazing condition - particularly the greens. Felt like they could have charged double the price easy. Love the mix of links style and wooded holes. One of my favorite golf experiences I've had in Wisconsin. Hopefully will be able to play again soon.

Our golfing day was excellent from all aspects! The young lady greeted us with friendly smile, provided us with great service. At the lunch break, she cooked up some brats and bevs. All while she was tending a group of fun-loving members. We enjoyed ourselves.

Golf course was in good condition and provided reasonable challenges for our group of half-way decent senior golfers. Speed of play was good. Young lady in the clubhouse was friendly and served us well. Pricing to golf was fair and reasonable. Looking forward to playing there again soon.

I have come to like Fox Lake, and have recommended it to dozens of people. The course is fun to play, in very good condition, and the employees are very nice. I am not at all happy about the lack of discounting this year, prior to this year I played it 5-6 times/year this year only once. I understand the need to get more revenue per customer, and your "rack" rates are reasonable, but since I live on the southwest side of Madison it's almost an hour drive each way to get there. The course was in great shape for late season golf. Even though they had just aerated the greens on the front nine. Oh, and the bartender was good, too!

The course was in the best shape since we've been playing your course. Very busy day, most of the carts on the course after nine holes, and we still played in 3.5 hours, with a schedule outing in the afternoon. Very well organized. The club house staff was very happy to see you, and the pizza was aussume. So are group set up a time to see you again in two weeks. THANKS AGAIN.

Hard to enjoy a round at a course where pace of play goes to die - 25 min per hole is absolutely unacceptable

Drove 1.5hrs and absolutely worth it!! Course in great shape and some of the best greens I have played on in a long time!! My only minor complaint is I had a entertainment coupon and I don't think it was computed correctly as I only saved 5 dollars. But rates are so fair already I didn't complain to the two nice girls working. Overall awesome experience!!!
