Golden Oak Golf Club

Great country course very friendly staff. Fairways and greens are well maintained. Some par 4's are definitely drivable which is fun to try and hit a green. Very scenic views on the front nine.

What to say about this lovely establishment. Fantastic course! Great, well manicured greens - good enough to eat off. Which I wouldn’t do as someone scolded me for trying, but either way, really nice. The golf carts absolutely fly. I had one of those bad boys up to around the sound barrier and it still would have gone faster. Also got scolded for that, so please drive at a respectable pace and “respect all guests.” Lovely plants and trees surround the property so someone there must have a general knowledge of horticulture. Great value. Staff is nice.

If you are looking for a place to hold a company get-together or a special party this is a good place to consider. They offer good food at reasonable prices and have a variety of options. Their pizza and wings are good appetizers. While their beef tips, chicken, broccoli and bake potatoes make for a tasty meal.

Probably my first 5-star review. And I'll explain why: a few years back my friends and I wanted to play golf. One of my buds had to pull Daddy duty that weekend so naturally, he had to take his boys. We called a few places and one of them was a place we golf at 'all the time', that all resulted in 'No...every player has to have clubs and be able to play' bulls'it. Needless to say he couldn't join. Fast forward to Mothers Day 2022. We called Golden Oak ahead of time. They were thrilled I was bringing my young ones and emphatically stated that they were welcome to come and just hang in the cart…

Solid course. The front 9 has its challenges. I've shot well on the back everytime. Course has its soggy spots but we went after some rain two days prior. Had a Reuben sandwich. That hit the spot. Small improvements can be made but it's a solid place to play a round.

Nice course. Back side is executive style. Short but tricky. Drivable par 4s, reachable par 5s in 2, as long as you can be straight. OB right on 10, 11, 12 and 13. The course is in very good shape.

As always, we had a lovely time at Golden Oak Golf Course this evening. The Windsor Garden Group was snowed out in December so we had our party tonight. Dinner was perfect! Decorations were still up. It was lovely!

Great Course in terrific shape. Staff is very friendly and has a terrific bar with excellent food. One of the best courses in the area for the price.

Good course not bad

Called to make a tee time on a Friday morning. Was told “just come on up we’ll get you out.” Arrived to play and was told they can’t get us out because they jammed the course full.
