In summary

Granada Farms Country Club is appreciated for its friendly staff and promising course layout, drawing some golfers back for its potential and ongoing improvements. However, many visitors express dissatisfaction with the current state of the greens and fairways, noting that several holes are under repair and the conditions are not as depicted online. Issues with cart availability and unclear signage have also been mentioned, alongside concerns about the behavior of some members.

Greens being replaced with bermuda with 4 already done! Smartest move they could have made. This course just assured it's future. The rest of greens are not too good but not horrible either. Layout is top notch. Once greens are completely changed this will be a course to reckon with. I personally can't wait.

The course was good. It was winter time so I understood the course not being green. The green was green when I played. The personnel there was good. Pricing there was reasonable. Bought 4 craft beverages, 1 Gatorade water and 2 pack of candy and the price for that was cheaper than I thought. An issue I came across with was that they didn't have enough golf carts. It was understandable as it was a couple of days after Christmas and the weather was nice. I would recommend it and go back to it when I'm in town.

This course totally ripped my buddy and I off. $42 for the worst conditions I’ve EVER seen. Some of the fairways looked like Stevie Wonder mowed them and the greens might as well have just been dirt. Some bunkers were decent but many were mostly dirt, had standing water, or grass growing in them. Not to mention 3 of the holes were “under repair” which means they cut a hole in the middle of the fairway, stuck a flag in it, and called it a day. The course has a lot of potential as I really like the layout and design. Hoping they can really turn things around after a few seasons

This is the worst golf course I have ever played on. Greens were mostly dirt, and a jungle of weeds. Fairways were hairier than most rough. Mounds of grass were all down the fairways. Riding the cart path felt like riding an old wooden rollercoaster, killed my back with all the giant holes and roots growing through them. There were three holes with “temporary” greens which just meant they cut a hole in the fairway and never cut the grass around it. And you can forget about the bunkers, we just picked our balls out entirely. We paid $42. No one in the pro shop warned us of any of these issues b…

3 stars only because the staff is great and you can tell they're trying. Would be 4 starts but condition of course currently and the homeowners/members. 1. The greens don't exist right now. The staff was great in letting you know that up front. All 18 greens are shutdown. Perfectly fine as long as you know that going in. 2. The fairways they are still maintaining, Good job there. However, the rough, cart path and everything else is gone as well. Look at the picture of my foot in the golf cart. That's the weeds in the "rough" that are that high literally in my golf cart. 3. I've only played…

I enjoy golfing at Granada Farms. It's always a laid-back feel with good fairways, and they are working on the course making upgrades, and a really friendly staff and beautiful views, it's always a great afternoon playing 9 or 18 holes. And the photos are from later in the fall normally it's alot greener

Cannot believe I was charged 42 dollars to play today. Told they had 3 “temporary” greens after paying. What should have been said is they have 15 temporary greens and 3 holes punched in a fairway (not even mowed down). Grass on tee boxes are longer than the fairways, I didn’t have tees long enough to get the ball above the grass. “Greens” are 70 percent mud, 30 percent weed/crab grass. Leave your putter at home, you don’t need it. Course has character and you can tell this was at one point a good course, currently, this is not a golf course.

Pace of play horrible, course conditions? It looks like a mine field with all the holes dug out in the middle of the fairway. expect the staff to be rude and dismissive. Was told by a greens keeper Bruce (who lost control of his cart and nearly hit mine) I had a bad attitude. Went to the office to speak to the manager. Spoke to the director who apologized and told me I would be refunded, then some arrogant individual came out with a horrible attitude and BANNED me for both courses. If that was the owner then I see where his employees get their bad manners from. This course is a joke.

0 stars isn’t an option. Greens are 80% dirt. Need an ATV on most of the cart path. Even the “practice green” is mostly dirt. $44 for 18 is insane. Should be no more $20. Course should be closed until it becomes playable and cartpath isn’t a saftey hazard.

I’m not sure how this place is open for play. They claimed they had 3 temporary greens but i’m not sure you could call the other 15 mud pits “greens”. the fairways and tee boxes were higher than the rough at Oakmont. the 3 temporary greens were just flags stuck in the middle of the fairway. Not sure why they even bothered to put cups there honestly. the bunkers had so many weeds growing around and in them i was afraid to get my ball in fear of catching zika. Course layout seemingly has some potential but it’s hard to tell when the rough and the fairway are the same cut. I say blow it up and bu…

Weekend discounted to $25 for horrific greens, mostly sand & dirt, hide-a-ball rough 2nd cut... understand improvements are pending...ok to practice drives & approaches...sorry, we won't be back until greens are good, maybe...

Played here back in June and the course was in nice condition. The greens were in great shape and the new carts with GPS were very nice. Fast forward to September, the greens were in TERRIBLE condition. Couldn't really decipher the difference of green and sand trap. Holes 15, 16, 17 were closed and I wasn't told about it til AFTER I paid. Very disappointed. You shouldn't charge $40 per person if that's what you're going to offer.
