In summary

Granite Ridge Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained courses, particularly the Ruby and Cobalt courses, with a picturesque setting along the Niagara Escarpment. The staff are noted for their friendliness and professionalism, and the club offers a pleasant dining experience with good food and service. However, some visitors have mentioned issues such as the absence of a beverage cart during certain seasons, occasional noise from events, and maintenance concerns like high fescue or aerated greens.

I played 3 times last season. once on Cobalt course and twice on Ruby. fairways and green very well maintained. very organized on schedule the groups, taking into consideration friendship, family privacy or whatever makes you comfortable to play with. the best on these aspects. the patio restaurant offers a great experience and delicious treats. the nachos tacos were the best, exotic and delicious pairing with Sauvignon Blanc.

Played on the Ruby track. Excellent condition and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Rated 4* only because there was not beverage cart but I guess it’s late fall. Definitely playing here again.

I played a round on the Ruby course in October 2024. It's a great course in a beautiful setting, especially with autumn colours. The apple trees by the putting green were dropping ripe fruit and the pear tree branches were heavy with green skinned pears by the time I played. The generously sized course greens, like the putting green, had been aerated and sanded so I don't think I got the full impression of what they might be capable of, but I still enjoyed playing on them. The fairways, tee boxes and sandy bunkers were in good shape and the Niagara Escarpment setting with vultures and hawks…

2nd time playing here. A great course; well kept, beautiful decor and flowers around the tee box areas along with the benches and structure paths. It’s hard to find fault in this course. Some of the fescue was very, very high on the Cobalt course, like hole 12-15 could use a good shave/trim. There was even 2 drink carts going around, friendly staff all around that added to the whole playing atmosphere. The only two negative things I can say was 1, the pro shop attendant who was quick to tell us our round would be $127 with cart when in the online booking email said it would be $89 incl. car…

Played there recently on the Ruby Course. A lot of unique designs and a few challenging holes. The staff were all very pleasant. The only downside is that the greens were recently punched and there was no adjustment or prior knowledge about this leading up to the round. Felt pretty crazy to pay $120+ dollars to play on sandy and bumpy greens. Not a single member of my group one-putted during the entire round. Would love to see this adjusted in the future.

Ruby course is in fair conditions but sign at pro shop says washrooms are closed. Yes. But added to that there are no taps for drinking water on the course. Bring your own. A real downer in my view. For $100 you’d expect more.

Beautiful course. Challenging fairways and greens. Great staff, especially Kim Cassar in the kitchen and Erin on the drink cart!

Very nice course. We played the Cobalt course a good challenge.! The chocolate chip cookie was very good and not too sweet and chewy!

Nice course. We played the Ruby 18 in about 4 hours which is great for weekend golf. It was a very windy day. The14th to 16th holes played very long as they were both into the wind and uphill. I have played the cobalt course a couple of times too. It’s nice as well. The ruby is good for my 12 year old son as it is a shorter course.

This was our first time playing at Granite Ridge Golf Club. The fairways and greens were in very nice shape which we very much appreciated. It's been a rough year for some courses with the lack of rain but Granite Ridge offered us up a very enjoyable day of golfing on their Ruby course. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
