In summary

Turtle Creek Golf Club is appreciated for its well-maintained course, challenging layout, and friendly staff, making it a worthwhile experience for golfers of varying skill levels. The course offers a mix of technical holes with narrow fairways and tricky greens, providing a good value for the price, especially with online deals. However, some visitors have noted issues such as inconsistent tee box conditions, slow pace of play, and limited food options, which may detract from the overall experience for some players.

The course was not overly exciting. Depending on the challenge you are looking for, the fairways are quite narrow, greens are in great shape however the elevation changes result in very challenging putting. Some frustrations while playing included: weird tee box placements (close to greens on a previous hole while others were putting); many of the tee boxes were located quite some distance from the fairways (i.e., you need a 200 yard drive to get to the fairway otherwise you're losing your ball - no room for error); if you're playing from the white tee boxes the round would likely be better t…

Fairly decent value for money. Some interesting holes that can provide a decent challenge. Fairways were well maintained, but tee boxes and greens are a bit dependent on the day. Overall though, a solid place to spend 4h, though I'm probably a bit biased since this is where I got my first hole-in-one.

Great staff and great course layout for a high handicapper like myself. Enjoyed each time I visit this course although never saw a turtle once (maybe just my luck). Thank you to Carrie and team!

Course is tough which is nice. Great layout. Bunkers were terrible. Greens weren't the best taken care of but very hard to read and make good pts. If not care was taken to the greens they would be some of the hardest greens I've ever played. Food was not good. Just burgers and sausages. Can't with a coleslaw but for 2 burgers, sausage 2 alcohol drinks and a pop was $50!!! And to to that of the burgers are made and just of to the side of the grill to stay warmish. Tried turtle Creek and won't be back.

Now here’s a fun course to play, a little challenging with blind shots that left me pleasantly surprised. Just hit it straight!🏌🏻‍♀️The company made it most fun!!! Never did see a turtle!🐢 @ Turtle Creek Golf Club

Very well groomed course. Challenging greens, very fast today. We will definitely be back and get redemption on hole 13.

Nice course but they really need a proper starter and a marshal. We had a T-time at 4pm today and did not go off until 4:30. Lots of people turning up late and the young gentleman in the pro-shop just let anyone go. Made for a slow, backed up round. Also, lots of garbage and cans on the course:(

Our group had a fun and enjoyable round of golf, even partially soldiering through a rather heavy downpour for a couple of holes! Not a long course, it does offer plenty of challenges to test your skills, but nothing that is cause for discouragement. The course itself is lovely, green, lined with mature trees with always something interesting on each hole. The personnel with whom we interacted from the individual at check in, on-course staff, hospitality and cart return people were all friendly, professional, helpful and everything you'd want and expect in a golf course employee. The cost is v…

Played here for the first time yesterday. Not a long course, but can play pretty tight. Can punish you if you slice or hook balls Greens are pretty tight and not very receptive (at least when we played). Play short and let it roll, or you'll find yourself over the green. Clubhouse is ok, its not really a place to hang out after the round. They've built a little covered bar at the turn which is decent. Staff were all fantastic. Ground crew were often working while play was going on and did hold things up at times. Alot of tee boxes were hard (couldn't get tees in) or just dirt piles. They co…

Grab a course tip book at beginning of round for those who have never played. I found one in my cart but was 2016. Very helpful. Not sure if they have a them for 2017. Yardage was between a par 3 course and regular 18 hole course. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Alot of blind shots with dog legs and rolling hills that also go sideways do your ball will kick. As most people say it is tight. I went when it was not busy so no fear about getting hit however if it was busy " four" will be the word of the day. Bring lots of balls as I read from one poster. Some tee shots you have to carry 2…
