Great Oaks Country Club

We had our wedding reception at Great Oaks CC and could not have had a better experience. Keli is literally THE BEST coordinator and was extremely communicative and organized throughout the entire planning process. The rest of the team and the entire staff from waiters to bartenders to cleaning staff could not have been more professional or helpful. We are so grateful we had our wedding reception here! The pricing includes most everything which helps knowing what the cost will be up front so there are no surprises. The food and drinks were top notch as well.

We celebrated our baby shower at Great Oaks Country Club & couldn’t have been happier with the level of care and service provided. We got married and had our reception at Great Oaks on 9/9/17. We had booked the venue and had been planning for a year. We did have wedding coordinators switch a few times which wasn't that fun but we ended up with an absolute ANGEL!!!! Anjelica was our wedding coordinator and she was on top of everything. Whoever does the training here does an amazing job. I have come to Great Oaks a few times a year for several years not for work event and every single time the staff is amazing. Jeremy was working the event this time and was amazing. He was extremely attentive and the guests never had to wait for anything. I work dozens of these events each year and as I'm brought in from another company, some places we are ignored and that's fine as we're working. But Jeremy made a point several times to make sure come over to me and make sure I had what I needed but also offering me beverages or food as well…

This is the 4th event that I’ve gotten invited to at this place and the staff, food and ambience doesn’t disappoint. The food is absolutely fantastic. Shoutout to the Chef and catering team for being the highlight of this place. I love the friendliness of the front desk clerks. Young boy told me he was only 16. He was so gracious for his position and eager to assist and work. I love to see staff that simply enjoy being at work and that was that kid. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work!

I had my wedding here in June 2024 and could not have had a more perfect experience with Great Oaks Country Club!!! Keli went above and beyond and made the whole day absolutely amazing! From the first day we met her we absolutely knew our wedding was in good hands. She is organized, hard working and overall the best coordinator you could get! In addition to Keli, guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was as a whole and how amazing the food was! We had our rehearsal dinner at a restaurant near by and it didn’t come close to how great the food is at Great Oaks!

My husband and I got married at Great Oaks 10/11/19, and let me just say the entire experience was amazing. OLIVIA is absolutely amazing. She was one of the main reasons we chose Great Oaks, along with the beautiful scenery and building. Wow! Is honestly all I can say. What an amazing experience. We had our son’s baptism there this past weekend and I am so happy we chose to do it here. The staff is absolutely amazing! Olivia the director of sales is the most helpful and patient person she went above and beyond with her team to make everything perfect and stress free. The food was delicious, our guests were all raving about it. I can’t thank you all enough.
