In summary

Greenlake Golf Course is appreciated for its beginner-friendly, par 3 layout and inviting atmosphere, making it a popular choice for both newcomers and casual golfers. Visitors enjoy the scenic setting by the lake, friendly staff, and relaxed vibe, with amenities like a clubhouse and practice areas adding to the experience. However, some patrons express dissatisfaction with the increased fees and maintenance issues under new management, noting that the greens and course conditions have declined.

Fun course, friendly staff, cool atmosphere. I had the first tee time on opening day and it did not disappoint! I had a very nice morning pitching and putting! Great weather day as well. I will be back!

I just started playing golf for real instead if just hitting the range and Green Lake Pitch & Putt is a great place to start. This laid-back par 3 course is right by the lake with a nice view, beginner-friendly holes, and yes, beer. Real beer. On-site. No need to sneak a Rainier in! Before you even tee off, you can warm up on the putt-putt practice area, and if you’re waiting for your turn or just vibing with the scenery, there are plenty of spots to kick back, soak up the sun, and chat it up with your fellow players. The course is short, sweet, and refreshingly unpretentious. It’s perfect f…

The revitalized Green Lake Pitch and Putt is so fun! This is a great spot to learn how to golf, or just spend a fun time with some friends enjoying the area. Every hole is under 100 yards, so it's the perfect opportunity to work on those approach shots that you never practice. The new operators are clearly working hard to get the course back into good shape. Played it today for the first time, and it certainly won't be the last time ⛳

Green Lake Pitch & Putt holds a special place in my heart. It was here that I first picked up a golf club. A friend and their father invited me to join them for a round, and from that moment, I was hooked. This course is everything right about golf—inviting, inclusive, and accessible. Nestled next to Seattle landmark Green Lake, the course is a gem for both beginners and seasoned golfers. The simple layout has several old-growth trees adding to its charm and challenge. These majestic trees not only provide a beautiful backdrop but also make each hole unique and memorable. What sets Green Lak…

Edit: Happy to be corrected on the fee structure w reservations. And to clarify, the prices I listed include club and ball rental. Thanks for the AI response, glad to know you still can't use your brains for google review replies either. New management has obviously ruined this long running Seattle gem. Pay $11 for a tee time (new, bad addition) and then another $20 just to play. It used to be $14 every day. Where's the new money going? Plastic orange Adirondack chairs and cutesy branding. Oh and their marketing emails are AI slop. I will still go because I want to play pitch and putt in my n…

Cute little course! We had a lot of fun playing 9 holes today. The little club house has been completely renovated and is super cute. The course seems to be undergoing some TLC after the change in operators (read - likely neglected during the transition) but for $14 it was a solid hour + of fun in the sun 🌞

I LOVE coming out here! As a fan of beautiful spaces, this is my bread and butter. There’s so many trees, flowers and the green grass literally glows on a sunny day. This is a great space to come bring friends, hang out, enjoy nature and hit some golf balls. I’m not headed for the PGA anytime soon but there’s tons of learning opportunities here and really gets people into golfing that may not have before. I used to see golf as a boys club that seemed so unattainable but here it’s so inviting and fun.

Course is under new ownership this year and they have both raised their prices and completely stopped caring for the greens. It’s crazy to pay 50% more than last year for greens that are basically unplayable. Tons of sand and massive chunks taken out of every green.

I love love love Greenlake Pitch and Putt and don't go nearly enough. Took it up in 2019 with the family and was a great post-pandemic activity besides. I love the low fees, urban setting, and low stakes. Easy to let people play through, and nice practice area where you can try putting and pitching. So inspiring that I even tried a driving range out (not quite as much fun) and took a golf lesson. If you ever thought "hey, I might like golf, but don't want to be embarrassed trying it!" this place is for you. Parking near tennis courts relatively easy with a bit of a walk. Plan to have a bit of…

The website shows that this pitch and putt closes at 7:30pm, however we were not allowed to play at 6:30 because they closed early? The front desk people confidently said that on their website it says 7pm closing time, but that is simply false. Not only did they fabricate their closing time, they also used a disrespectful tone while “kicking me out”. As a high school golfer looking to work on my chipping on a short par 3, I should have known not to turn to this place after my last discriminatory experience.

The new ownership is working towards being better greens keepers... But, they need help and only apologize. The greens are dry and fading away. Other areas are over watered. The new driving pads are uneven from mushy ground below and facing the wrong direction. Frankly, the old operators didn't upgrade the clubhouse as the new operators... but, the greens were in great shape. Miss the old guard

If you’re looking for a casual golf spot with family/friends or kids, this is perfect. It’s a short Par 3 course that is welcoming to everyone. The vibe here is casual, fun, and easy going. It might not be what a serious golfer is looking for but that’s okay. With that being said the grounds aren’t in great condition as of April 2025, part of the reason is because ownership changed over the winter and they only recently got access. Hopefully it will be improved as the season progresses, and if it does easily 5 stars! Overall, this is a Seattle staple. It’s a fun, cheap, casual 9 holes that…
