In summary

Harbour Pointe Golf Club is praised for its challenging layout, scenic views, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for those seeking a competitive round. However, some visitors express concerns over inconsistent course maintenance, particularly regarding dry spots, temporary greens, and swampy conditions in wet weather. Additionally, issues such as slow pace of play and lack of on-course amenities, like water stations and ball washers, are noted as areas needing improvement.

Pros: IMO- a wonderful layout for a course, adequate greens, challenging tight fairways, decent views, and unique holes. The Clubhouse/Restaurant staff are consistently nice and friendly. Cons: This is an Oki Course, and many seasoned PNW golfers will understand what that implies. After Scott Oki sold his collection of courses to a non-US based international conglomerate, course conditions/maintenance have dramatically declined while tee time prices continue to rise. Over the past 4 years, despite numerous water jug holders placed throughout the course, I've yet to find any with an actual wate…

Completely packed on a Sunday! Being told to pick up our golf balls on the green and move forward to the next hole, that being said,we had to wait another 10min. For the group ahead of us to clear out of the next fairway. Will not return! Especially paying 107.00.

Called and booked a tee time yesterday. The pro forgot to mention I would be paying full price for temporary greens that are atrocious. Course seems like it would be good but I guess I’ll never know putting from the fairways.

Value: 5 out of 10, too much to make it my once or twice a week home course. Capitalism at its finest so can’t complain, good for them. Condition: 7 out of 10, we played in rain so will give some slack and bump to 7. Felt like it was well maintained. Tee boxes needed some work, see attached. Difficulty: 8 out of 10, loved the difficulty. Definitely not obnoxious and a lot of fun! Lots of thin challenging holes with fun hazards to strategize around. Green Speed: 5 out of 10, felt just right for weekend out with the boys. Pace of Play: 9 out of 10, only waited a couple of times. Beauty: 9 o…

Passable, Fun but lacking in amenities. Great course, lots of fun challenging holes. Nice club house with a driving range. First though was pace of play seems to be an issue. Some of the fairways are in need of maintenance either with drainage or bare spots. Roughs we’re extra rough with grass clippings piled along the edges and on the fringe which was annoying. Some greens are great some are dead slow. Overall a mixed back of conditions. Also some tee boxes are canted so just play where it’s flat. My main complaint is there isn’t a single bench or ball wash along the course. If you’re walk…

Do not become a member at this golf club. They are very rude and do not know how to conduct conflict with their members good luck trying to cancel ever because they accountant never shows up for work and she’s the only person who knows how to do it. Best part of all she’s part time and never there when you need to cancel your account. I would recommend going to legion or snohomish golf course will never play here again.

Fantastic course. Great condition and very challenging.! Get ready to lose a lot of balls. Tight fairways off the tee boxes. Back 9 is awesome including the view on the 11th hole.

Fantastic experience! Front nine is very tight, so projectory and distance control is a must. Back nine was more open, hilly, and very scenic. Great all around experience.

Really nice course in good condition. Staff had the hole covid situation handled under the new rules. This course is really unforgiving so if you don't hit the fairway it's gonna be a long day. If you're a high handicap this probably isn't the course for you. Some really great signature holes and views. I will say the carts were in poor condition and a lot of them need to be replaced

The course was in okay shape but lots of dry spots in the fairways. Greens were very slow. The biggest issue was pace of play. After 5 holes we got backed up and never recovered. There was no enforcement and by the turn we were 3 holes behind pace. I will not be back any time soon, which is a shame because I live so close.

Positives - nice clubhouse, friendly staff good practice facility (though not many covered mats for when it’s raining). Negatives - not even close to worth the cost. Course is poorly maintained especially for $120+ weekend round (walking). Tons of bare spots and weeds. The Nile, which costs under $50 to walk is maintained much better and has better greens.

Absolutely beautiful course, super friendly staff and amazing views. This was my first round here, and since I was from out of town I had to rent clubs. The guys in the club house were super friendly and provided me with a brand new set of Taylor Made M4s, I'm a lefty so they only had one type of shaft but righties get to choose between normal and stiff. We played at twilight (highly recommended as the views as the sun is setting are stunning) and they informed me that I had to have the clubs back by a certain time, but that they would be around a little longer and I could bring the clubs back…
