Great campground just a little NE of Red Deer. Definately will be camping here for a night next summer.

Nice laid back golf course. I am a beginner when it comes to golfing and think this course is great to get in 9-holes. It has some hazards but not so many or such difficult ones that it makes golf for newbies no fun! The staff in the pro shop are delightful as well!

I have never been to this course before. Wanted to go with my family. So I called on Monday to book a T time for Tuesday. When we arrived and went to check in, the older lady gave me a not so friendly look, shook her head and said no, The looks she gave me was as if she thought I was stupid . I told her I called the day before, and I felt like I was being gaslit because she kept saying no there’s nothing, and act like I didn’t call at all, She also made a comment on how she’s been working here 19 years so she would know (Can’t remember exactly what she said because I was upset At the way, I wa…

This is a gem of a course. Everything is in awesome shape. We found it quite challenging for hobby golfers. We'll be back

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the campground and golf course. Very relaxing looking out on the lake. Nothing stuffy about the management! Golf course is excellent. Played it several times through the weekend without having any issue to get on. They welcomed our 4 yr old grandson without question.

The actual course is fine but there is 0 organization when it comes to t times, they allow whoever to go whenever they choose. There is no marshal keeping pace of play, we were on this course this morning. Some ppl showed up late, and just decided they were going ahead of us, then proceeded to hit 2 and 3 balls off every t box, searching for balls then got angry at us when we told them it’s not a driving range. And when we processed back to the clubhouse after our round and informed the staff they had no care at all. So the poor management of the course will make me not want to play it again.

Beautiful golf course, super interesting history. We stopped for a quick 18 holes here on our way home from our honeymoon in September 2021, just for the simple fact it was called Haunted Lakes and I love the paranormal. We were so pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the course we ended up going back in July 2022 and we'll probably come back every year! We haven't tried the camp grounds yet, but they look great and we'll probably camp there next year. :)

Solid 9 hole golf course. Some parts of the fairway can sometimes get water logged and swampy, and grass quality is sometimes just okay. But greens are always nice, carts are fast, tee boxes are good, and very nice looking course.
