Room was nice and clean, spa tub in room was wonderful and relaxing. Restauraunt was decent. Only complaint is that on our floor (3rd floor) there were 10 kids in the hallway running around, throwing trash, banging doors and very loud, with the accompanying adults hanging out- from check in until after 9pm. Should really consider other guests.

We visited a family member who lived in close proximity to this hotel. It was very clean and it has a beautiful view. The snow had melted so we could not use the tub bing run. That would have been fun! The restaurant Nonnis was excellent! It was a warm multi level room with a fireplace, a fabulous view of the golf course . It also had a spacious outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. We will definitely stay there again.

excellent from start to finish. The property offers a beautiful setting with plenty of parking, clean and comfortable facilities, and easy access to both the golf course and event areas. The staff went above and beyond to make our company’s workshop a success. A special thank you to Dave at the front desk, who provided top-notch service—professional, courteous, and quick to assist with anything we needed. He set a great tone for the stay and made check-in smooth and efficient. Heather, who helped coordinate our workshop, was equally outstanding. Her organization, communication, and attention…

Rooms are dated and elevator was broke. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Course was in great shape. Restaurant and bar were great.

HOTEL REVIEW ONLY: Stayed one weekend for a wedding & did no golfing, so I won’t speak for the those facilities. The hotel is the absolute NASTIEST room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. As soon as we walked in, it reeked of cigarette smoke, after I had signed a “no smoking” disclosure. Many of the hallway areas leading down to the bar are musty-smelling, stained, chipped, etc. Went to take a shower & accidentally touched hairs that were wrapped around the faucet handles. NOT. MY. HAIRS. After gagging repeatedly, I went to lay on the bed with DIRTY, BLOOD-SOILED LINENS THAT WER…

Our check in date was Sept. 25, arriving with 30+ members for our daughter's wedding. I believe the gentleman behind the desks name was Dave. We all reserved months before wedding and requested early check in due to rehearsal dinner was at 5(check in is at 4), we sat in the lobby for some of us over 4 hrs. Shift changed and the woman was way more helpful in trying to get everyone into their rooms but was still a long process. Now my husband (Father's of the bride) and my room was not ready until 4:10 , 10 minutes after " normal" check in time, and we had to still get ready for the rehearsal di…

My family and I arrived late and I called ahead to let them know of our car trouble as I was worried we would lose our reservation. It was a very pleasant experience. Miss Amy who was at the front desk wasn’t bothered at all by our very late arrival and she was very kind and efficient. She checked us in quickly with no problems at all. She gave us the run down on activities during the weekend. She really made our late evening more pleasant from our traveling woes. Our room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping was up to par. We enjoyed the craft pizza at attached restaurant. It was an over…

Nice clean spacious rooms. Extra pillow was a plus plus. Heating system was a bit noisy. Broke my sleep. I'm a light sleepier. Staff was very professional and friendly.

This is not fit for hockey. If you're thinking of scheduling a hockey tournament here, DON'T. The ice surface and facilities are awful. We had games where the ice was soaked in an inch of water (from the zamboni, not from rain), and where the ice was like sandpaper, both situations resulting in the puck not sliding at all. Worse, there were several large cracks in the ice that made it unsafe for kids to skate. The area would be a subpar backyard rink, surrounded by mud and rocks. The dressing area for 4 teams is a small shed. The "resort" should upgrade the facilities if they are going to us…

I recently hosted my rehearsal dinner at Heritage Hills, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable, not just for me and my fiancé, but for every single guest. The event was beautifully decorated to match my “Something Blue before I Do” theme, and to my surprise and delight, they even added extra blue accents of their own to complement it. It was such a thoughtful touch that showed how much they cared about the little details. A huge thank you to Jackee Carroll, who did an incredible job plann…

Did the top tracer driving range. Just started coming a couple weeks ago. Dave the one trainer came up to me and started showing me stuff since I’ve never really swung a club before coming here. Showed me the fundamentals and some good techniques to practice. Really nice guy and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a trainer I 100% recommend Dave!

I reserved a handicap accessible room as I was in a wheelchair. The bathroom had a roll in shower but transferring to the toilet was difficult due to lack of space. It was raining and the receptionist told us we would have to go outside and around the building to access the restaurant.
