Very solid nice course. Fairways were in great condition and the greens played true. Pace was ok. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because they really didn't have "their hole" but I would play here again. Price was fair. Nice course.

Slow play is common here. Played on a Sunday, and management allows 5 & 6 players on a tee time. We called proshop, and they sent out matshal. He said 6 aren't playing, and that was it. they didn't refer to 5 players. I saw several groups on the course with 5 players. Apparently, they have enough regulars that accept this play. I enjoy the game, but 5/6 in a group on a weekend is ridiculous. The course is in great shape but the management needs a lot of work! I will not be returning, too many other good courses in QCs.

Great course, welll maintained and very nice clubhouse. It was nice to see it still pretty close the the same as when I played it 30 years ago, but probably nicer condition.

This is a tough course for me which is fine but the grass in the rough could be shorter so I don't have to look directly down on my ball to see it. Looks really nice, Play is fairly quick (if you use the fairways) and players seem polite. Amenities are fine parking is good and carts are reliable. I recommend Highland Springs to golfers who would like a challenge.

Can't ever make a tee time at this place. Everytime we call they're always booked. Guy that answers the phone is very impersonable. Answers with just a, hello? Which leads you to ask if you called the right place. Maybe a lesson in customer service would do some good. Thanks, we'll go elsewhere.

We had a great round. The morning crew has always been helpful in getting the golfers their carts, they're appropriate tee times, and being able to practice putting before we even tee off gives us a good read on how the regular greens are rolling. It goes without saying, but should, that the grounds crew work their hardest to maintain one of best courses in the Quad Cities

New club house is very nice. The course is always well maintained and all 18 holes are designed well. The sand traps tend to get in my way but that may be user error.

Greens were super. Ruff a little long to promote quick play. Marshall was helpful. I live in Wisconsin and only get back to the quads once every four years. Always play highland. It's kept well and they continue to make improvements. Not going to wait so long to return.

Booked 2 consecutive tee times for 2 groups of four 7 days in advance(the furthest you can book out here). When we arrived they had booked all 8 people at one time. At hole one they proceeded to let 4 groups play through and we couldn’t start the course until after 10. The whole front 9 the course Ranger hounded us at every hole to go faster, even having the second group hit onto a green while the first group was still putting. It should also be noted that their driving range was closed due to it raining the previous day. Not their fault but another inconvenience. The beer woman and the back 9…

2nd time I played, was a good day so busier for golf of course. Seemed like the players were slow and took our tee times and had to wait 15 to 30 mins every hole did not even finish game as it was that long of wait times. Spoke with pro/booker and they gave us a tough time and ended up leaving. I'm not a pro by any means and like to enjoy the time I spend on the course, I would not suggest this course for anyone unless you don't care but there's plenty more courses in the quad cities and far less then this course. I will not be playing this course again!!

Even though this place is relatively busy, with a reputation for having golfers with a slow pace of play, this course is extremely well taken care of. With one of the best practice facilities in the quad cities, an optional short course for quick outings, and very well maintained grass and greens, it's definitely worth your time.
