What People Say

In summary

Hyland Greens Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained grounds, reasonable prices, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both beginners and those looking to practice their short game. The course layout, including recent updates and a mix of par 3 and par 4 holes, offers a fun and engaging experience. While the driving range and facilities receive high marks, some visitors have reported issues with staff interactions and operational policies, which can detract from the overall experience.

Nice gem in suburban Bloomington. Reasonable prices for rounds and range. Would be nice to see it as a Par 30 course. Staff friendly and very accommodating.

Nice, rolling par 3. Good variation of distances, and elevation change. Small targets, and some trees pinch targets further and demand some mild shaping. Nothing greater than 220 yards on the day I played it, so it offered a good opportunity to exercise shorter clubs, without the need to lug a full bag around.

We have enjoyed the course several times this summer. It’s challenging and fun, a good course for your short game. Walking it is not difficult if you’re able. The driving range and chipping area are very nice as well.
