Enjoyed our round from the professional you man behind the counter to the starter who kept a good pace. Lack of rain took is toll on this course.

ISUGC used to be one of the worst-kept courses in the area, but they’ve put a LOT of attention and effort into dressing it up, and it’s now one of the best courses in the B-N area. It’s not an easy course, but it’s not overwhelming, either. A good challenge, with a lot of different options for you to work through in your game.

My sons and I played here on April 17, 2021 and had an absolute blast. None of us played particularly well but the course was in top notch condition. The greens were lightning fast and the fairways were phenomenal!! As always the sand traps were sensational as well and the young man behind the desk did a tremendous job getting us out to start our round. On top of all of this and perhaps most important was the fact that we playing for $29, including cart, after 2:00. Keep up the great work!!

Just played the course and it was in excellent condition. The fairways and greens looked fantastic. The greens rolled great . Tree lined fairways and some smaller greens with a couple of water hazards. Very fair course. Our group (Sandtrapper) had an awesome time with the best scores overall this year. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are in the area this is a great place to play .

A well cared for golf course. Fairways are pretty tight, requiring accuracy off the tee. The course folds back on itself but a nice tree line separates the holes. Greens are always in nice shape and a nice mix of sandtraps and water hazards. Nice gazebos and places to sit scattered about the course. Also, nice rest rooms also strategically placed throughout. Overall a great experience for our area

Really nice course! Will maintained. Very walkable. Some of the greens can be a challenge. Water is in play for one, maybe two, holes (which is great because it minimized the number of balls I lost). Would definitely play it again if I get a chance.

Highly reccomend. Friendly staff. Interesting green complexes, lots of run-offs & collection areas & the greens were slick & smooth. Fairways were also in really good shape & the rough can be challenging. Great bang for the buck.

This is a great golf course that has you thinking about each shot. Always in decent shape and playable. The practice facility is incredible and definitely a place where you can improve your game. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Play this course if you want a tough but fun round.

Played Saturday, March 6th, 2021, and this course was in remarkable shape for having recently melted a lot of snow. Not a soggy spot out there. Friendly ISU student staff, but it was too busy for how many people they had working there, I felt bad for the kid in the clubhouse. He did a great job staying on top of everything for an absolutely booked up day, and pace of play was excellent. Finished 18 in under four hours with a foursome in front of us. Challenging greens and pin locations demand accuracy off the tee and upon approach. However, a missed shot does not necessarily mean punishment, a…

10/10. Since the course is funded by the University it is kept up extremely well. By far the best course in Normal. Prices are reasonable & it is never too busy to where you feel rushed. If your comparing courses in the area this is a top 3.
