In summary

Indian Shores Golf Course is appreciated for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for beginners and those seeking a casual round of golf. The course is affordable, with a simple 9-hole layout that is not too crowded, and the staff is noted for their friendliness. However, some visitors mention the course could benefit from better maintenance, particularly the greens and fairways, and there are occasional concerns about slow play due to large groups.

Nice little 9 hole course. The prices are reasonable, and I really love how there are low flying airplanes flying over every couple of minutes due to the airport being close by.

Great place! Very friendly, can't beat the prices. Taking my teenage son as he is learning the game, no overcrowding, no pressure, and very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for beginners, i don't recommend if you're competitive and fast pace player. My son and I will definitely be back soon.

Great golf course. Being somewhat out of the way is what makes it so perfect. Not nearly as many people trying to play as the other public courses in the area. From the google maps images, I was worried about loosing balls with so many holes lined in trees, but the fairways are much wider than they look here. I shoot over 100 and had no issues. Greens are a bit slow, but still nice.

Great little 9 hole course with driving range. Very affordable and staff is always friendly. Only complaints is the gravel cart paths and slow pace of play. There doesn’t seem to be any restriction to group size so you might end up playing behind a slow group of 10.

It's a 9 hole neighborhood course. The Tin Cup gang would feel right at home here. There are no sand traps and few water hazards. Is it challenging? Nope. Is it particularly beautiful? Nope. Is the clubhouse nice? Nope, because there isn't one. Are the greens like carpet? Nope. BUT it is cheap, the driving range is great, it's not crowded and it is as casual as you can get on a golf course. If you want to impress a client go somewhere else. If you want to meet up with a good friend and bash balls, this is a great option.

Nice inexpensive course, probably the cheapest in North Houston. Very quaint course with nice greens on 3 and other holes that are fun to read. The only complaint is that some of the tee boxes are too dry to stick a tee!

We attended a wedding at this building/boat ramp. It was actually very nice inside and was a great location. Would be a great place to launch boat also if you live in the neighborhood. Its private so if you dont have sticker you will get towed.

Look yes it is cheap, but to say you only have one set of left handed clubs to get out and find out you have no driver and no putter is low quality b.s and course definitely could use some maintenance hard to find a ball in middle of the leaves.

Pretty costly for an alright up keep. Greens are very rough so be prepared to put a little more behind it on ur putter. Go when it hasnt rained in along time it holds alot of water.

Nice quiet 9 hole golf course. Greens are in good shape and fairways are decent. A little pricey but I believe it’s worth it.

Golf course is a great place if you are a beginner or just want to go out and play at a golf course you can relax at not overly crowded and the people are very nice in the clubhouse prices are decent. But the course is challenging
