This place is awesome!! We have been here twice in a few months. Such a relaxing and nice atmosphere! The scenary is beautiful and there is a ton of places to fish!!

We booked a cabin at Innsbrook as part of a family reunion - there were 6 of us, and we booked early enough to get a desirable cabin. Or so we thought - when we arrived, they placed us in a different cabin, supposedly because the cabin we originally booked had a faulty water heater. Not true - we saw another family renting that cabin. This was super awkward, because the 2 bedrooms in our cabin had one large bed each, and we were 6 individuals, not 3 couples. The other sleeping area had two lumpy twin cots with no privacy. The cabin itself was in poor repair - outlets too loose to charge phones…

This review is for the banquet center and not the hotel. A very beautiful setting in the country. It's peaceful and quiet with a large lake that is quite stunning and serene. The banquet center is large enough to accommodate a big group. The event I attended had approximately 220 guests and it was definitely not overcrowded. There was plenty of room for the food buffet, a small dance floor and DJ. The outdoor area is also a great bonus with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! COMING FROM A HOME OWNER. The bathrooms near the “Beach’s” are DISGUSTING. Throw up everywhere and the bathroom smelled so bad. This place has no good attractions except a pool, playground, lake and a golf course. I mean seriously. This place definitely needs more attractions for the people who live/stay here. After YEARS of being a homeowner here I’ve decided to stop waisting my money on something that isn’t worth it. I could definitely get a better experience somewhere else. If you are thinking about buying a house here please think twice before waisting your money!!

Came from stl for a getaway with a large group of friends. Booking was easy and straightforward. The chalet we stayed in was right on the water with a fire pit, hot tub and access of kayaks to enjoy. Pretty close to neighboring chalets but that was not an issue for us at all. Pool was awesome. Great place to get out of the city for a nice weekend with friends!! Our chalet was perfect for us with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Property has many issues wrapped in a pretty package. This place needs insulation or better venting for the furnace. It was so drafty. We were frozen to the core! We could not use the fireplace, since it was broken. We could not use the hot tub because the water level was low, was all gross and scaly. The bathrooms are very uncomfortable & need some repairs. Showers are so tiny! Water spraying out the side. Somewhat clean, but a lot of junk in cabinets, trash in the yard, dust under furniture, cobwebs. Clean everywhere else! My mom and I shared an apple salad with candied walnuts and balsamic dressing. There was so much that we split it and took home some. It was delicious. Nice place to sit and enjoys some good food.

This place is an amazing place to relax and unwind. The place is well taken care of and the grounds are amazing. Definitely a great place to come with your family and enjoy nature.

Long story short, if you enjoy cleaning up someone else's messes after driving 5 hours then this is the place for you. If you are asking yourself why didn't she let the host know what terrible shape the place was in your answer would be I most certainly did as well as pictures to prove such. The response I got was well there's extra sheets if you want to change out the pee stained/body sweat (we aren't sure what the stains were) ones that are on the bed yourself. Our wedding coordinator Claire was the absolute best through our whole wedding planning. She was always there for anything we needed and was there to answer any questions we had. I would 1000% recommend Innsbrook for your wedding if you are thinking about it :)

I got married there on 10/09/2020 and had the most spectacular day! I have never felt more at ease and catered to. From the moment we arrived, Brittany and Lindsay (and all the staff) were at our sides and made sure everything was perfect! Due to the location, the flowers and the cake were lost (I should have provided detailed directions) and I never even knew it! The ladies handled it and not a single thing was late. Our daughter’s wedding was in March so it was crucial to select a venue that was as beautiful inside as it was outside because of unpredictable weather. Indeed, we did have to have the ceremony inside - in front of a lovely rock fireplace, instead of outside at the edge of the lake. We were not disappointed!
