Island Lake Golf & Training Center

We went here for Loon’s Nest Mini Golf. This is a very nice miniature golf course that’s built to last with little or no maintenance. The holes are long, fun to play, challenging, and all par 3’s. This is a skills course without all the gimmicks and stupid brick walls. This course has the best cement side walls in the game for your putting needs. I really want to give this course 5 Stars, but I can’t. Mini golf is very clean, no debris ( except for one hole). Surface is astroturf, very fast and hard to keep ball going straight. Very challenging.

A nice par three course with a driving range. A forgiving course. Lots of programs for kids just learning how to play. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Some of the patrons are disrespectful and fail to fix their divets. There are golf carts available. You can book tee times online or by phone. Walk ins are welcome.

Really great driving range, haven't tried mini golf yet but it looks nice, the nine hole par 3 course is just right for a quick game. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. Some players do not fix their divots but overall great course for a quick fun round in pretty MN landscapes. Have been back many times.

I love coming here. A welcoming course for beginners and experienced players. The staff is friendly, relaxed, and helpful. Well designed with lots of natural beauty - you’d never know your seconds from shopping areas and highways. The holes are all different and have their own challenges. Also glow golf is a blast!!

Quaint little golf course in Shoreview Minnesota. The driving range has ample amount of spaces for both the right and left hand golfer. The course is 9 holes and a quick little play through with some ponds and cool views. They have all sorts of golf materials inside. Gloves,hats, shirts, balls and more. I personally have not played the mini golf course but it looks very good and I will have to try when I am able.

Played here dozens of times. Friendly staff great prices and the best variety of challenging holes for a 9 hole in the twin cities. Doesn't hurt I can eat five guys after. I can't recommend this place enough. The absolute most chill golf course. Vibes are immaculate. Sweet driving range and they are refinishing their putt putt course. Great place for all ages and skill levels. Will always have a special place in my heart. Awesome staff Great maintenance Beautiful nature turtles, frogs, herons, etc. Adjacent to fives guys.

Very convenient driving range and very kind staff. They regrip clubs as well for a very reasonable rate. Would be great if there was a larger pitching practice area with bunkers etc, but it's a great space for the price. Adding a water fountain for those hot days would be a welcome addition.
