What a pleasure to play! This course was impeccably maintained. From the moment you step onto the course you can feel the history and care that’s gone into maintaining such a pristine layout. Beautiful tree’s line the course with a mix of narrow fairways and strategic bunkering that reward accuracy and smart shot selection. The greens were the true standout here. They were fast (I can only imagine in the peak summer time), reading them was also challenging. Even short putts demand full attention. Every hole has its distinct character. Pace of play was smooth, staff were friendly. The Cajun ch…

My partner and I had our wedding on July 12th, 2025, and we can't recommend this venue enough. Absolutely beautiful, and we had guests commenting on how beautiful the venue was all night! I also can't emphasize enough how amazing the venue coordinator, Julie Stull, was. From day 1, Julie was incredibly kind, flexible/accommodating, and consistently communicative. She was actually a key factor too as to why we chose the venue. Not only did the venue check all our boxes for what we wanted, but we were also so impressed with how friendly and reliable Julie seemed when we toured the venue. We were…

We did a floral wedding installation with my business The Moody Blooms in fall of 2022. The event room is surrounded by windows looking out onto some gardens. Lots of natural light. The staff were helpful and let us park close to unload our blooms. Thanks for having us!

As a wedding photographer, I've had the pleasure of capturing many beautiful moments at Islington Golf Club. The venue is simply stunning! The staff at Islington Golf Club are incredibly professional and helpful, recommending locations on the course that are the most picturesque for incredible photos. I can't get over how perfectly manicured the golf course is. It's immaculate. I highly recommend Islington Golf Club as a wedding venue. It's a hidden gem in the heart of Toronto with a rich history and an awesome setting for couples!

We have been fortunate enough to attend multiple venues over the years. Islington Golf Club is by far the absolute best. On December 3, 2022, they hosted our wedding reception. As you would expect, they were professional, but went way beyond normal expectations. They were kind, understanding, accommodating and overall OUTSTANDING! Throughout every step of the process, they offered support, ideas and made sure that every detail was just perfect. They went above and beyond in every category without exception. Although this is a private club of which we are not members, they made us feel like fam…

I was a guest at the wedding. Everything went well. The IGClub staff was very friendly and helpful. Set up for the ceremony and dinner were beautiful and classy. Natural greenery and golf course views made a beautiful background for pictures.

This is far overdue--but better late then never! In June we had my mom and dad's 45th Wedding Anniversary at Islington Golf Course. The Catering team via Julie Stull was impeccable. Julie is an absolute joy to work with. She is patient, kind and truly sets the bar for hospitality professionals--this establishment is lucky to have someone like her running the catering events. Even with computer glitches and wifi being down during the event-- the day went on seamlessly. My parents and all of the guests could not stop raving about everything, especially the food! My compliments to the culinary te…

I had my baby shower at IGC in the crush lobby and it was it turned out beautiful. The natural lighting/view really makes the space extra inviting. I couldn’t have done the planning without Julie. She is incredibly kind and easy to communicate with.

A great patio and dining room with beautifully sweeping views of the course! Wonderful service too. But the food has declined in quality compared to before the pandemic. The club sandwich currently offered is disappointing. It is only two bread layers, when it’s always three, and it is not toasted or with all the traditional things that make a club a club. It was a surprise considering how golf and country clubs normally make this sandwich really, really well. Great appetizers, coffee and desserts though. I offer this advice not to complain for the sake of it. A good hospitality establishment…
