Came here for the first time, both the man and the lady at the pro shop had snarky attitude. I wanted to try their tracking system, but they hide the fact that they charge you $15 on top of the price of the ball which is $22 for a large bucket . I’m glad I went in and asked otherwise I would’ve paid for the large bucket and been stuck paying for the tracking stalls. I may have been trying to stay, but the attitude of the staff made it not worth the Hassle. I encourage you all to try Riverview in Santa Ana instead large bucket is 13 bucks and the staff is nice and of course a lot nicer than thi…

This place is golf! You have the regulars, the newbs, the kids and families. Fun for all. I bring my 2 boys here often and me and my pops have been coming here for 15+ years. The course is usually in good shape especially for a training facility. I love the trees and character of the 9 hole course. They have a sweet lounge with some brewskis on tap! I have also had some tasty burgers and dogs when the bbq is out. The range is fun too with decent targets, plenty of quality mats and had good lighting at night. They even have Trackman on the top deck! They also have a grass range on the weekends…

We hosted a golf clinic and networking reception for women on May 10 and the staff of Lake Forest Golf and Practice center went above and beyond to make sure the Latina Golfers Association and our guests had an amazing golf and networking experience! The course practice center is the best and we even got to spend some time on the golf course! Our event was a tremendous success and the stellar service we received from the staff was a huge part of it! I highly recommend groups to host your events there!

Had the best time here this week with a golf meet up event! It was mine and a lot of others in our groups first time at this range. All the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for myself and our group. The owner or manager at the pro shop found out I spilled my friends drink and I was replacing it and told me it was on the house. He did not need to do that and I would’ve been more than happy to pay since their prices for food and drinks were very fair! A small gesture like that was so kind and I will be back! Thank you!!

My husband enjoys coming here to golf. I enjoy sitting there people watching and watching him hit balls. :) workers are super friendly I went in to get a cup of ice for my alcoholic beverage and water guy was super nice. They have a good selection of snacks inside, sometimes discounted clubs, a variety of local alcohol drinks, as well as Gatorade, water, etc. Thank you for excellent customer service! And restroom is always kept clean which is appreciated for a girl who always needs to use the restroom everywhere I go lol.

Update: I’ve changed this to 5 stars. New manager has the pond and grounds looking beautiful!! What a difference a great manager makes in running a place!! Update: Thanks to the Mayor of Lake Forest, the ponds are looking much, much better. Even vector control came out to make sure there were not any mosquitos in all the algae that was there. There have boats in the ponds a couple of times blowing the algae to the sides and someone on the shore is spraying. Geese and enjoying bathing and swimming again! All the efforts are working and again, thank you Mayor Doug Cirbo of Lake Forest. I'm giv…

This course is a Gem. It's a great course. I've been going to the course since 2008 and. Been a member for 3+ years and the price for what you get is great. James is a great guy. I have great conversations with him every Saturday morning. The grounds keepers do their job right. The environment is awesome even though your in between the street and apartments. None the less, try the course out. If you don't like it, I didn't tell the truth. On a lighter note. I got a hole in one on a on a 70 yrd par 3 on hole six. Enjoy I know you will. The membership is the way to go.

This golf course needs to be way better kept. Sure it's convenient and close by with cheap prices, but in reality it's dirty, poorly managed holes and a slow que. The prices for the driving range are also warped. It shouldn't be so expensive to hit a few balls. Would not recommend this place if you actually enjoy golfing. It's 9 holes and a walking course.

Signed up for the membership as it seemed a good value. The problem being the range is too crowded to utilize typically and the course is jammed back to back with foursomes. The facility is run down and the severely aged mats move when I try to hit driver causing the ball to fall off the tee! Today was the last straw as I tried for the 4th time this week to hit mid-afternoon (3pm) and it was again packed, but to make it worse the left side of the range was closed until 5pm. The rest of the bays were full so I went in and asked to hit in the closed section. Apathetic staff just shot back a quic…

They say they close at 10, apparently they close ann hour earlier. Golf balls are crap, you have to pay for a membership to use their trackman that’s not said anywhere until you wait an hour to get on one, you have to pay extra to chip, the balls are $22. The mats are falling apart, you have to provide your own rubber tees, the range looks like the most ghetto version of a practice center you could possibly see. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. As a professional golfer that was in the area to practice for an upcoming tournament and found it online, I can honestly say it was the wors…

The center is at the end of cherry and the railroad. Their parking lot is always close to being full. There is no food to purchase, and stay in line if you're planing to go there in the evening.
