Aliso Viejo Country Club

Played golf invited by a member and enjoyed a delicious dinner, spaghetti buffet at the clubhouse.

My wife and I recently had our wedding at this venue. The whole property is absolutely gorgeous to say the least. It made for such beautiful ceremony and photoshoot scenery. All of our guests would agree! The only issue we had is that the venue rules were a bit too strict and created many obstacles for us to make the perfect wedding. It did all work out in the end, but there were in my opinion many extra and senseless challenges along the way. The day of went very smoothly however and therefore, I am left with a mostly positive total experience.

Neat and well maintained course. We played only the front as they were working on back 9. Wish they would have had GPS in carts or better distance markers. Nice putt and chip area for warm-up. Rest of range is mat / net. Nice golf pro and pro shop staff! Super helpful. Busy and nicely decorated club area.

Aliso Viejo Country Club is a top-notch place to play golf or to hold a celebration, gathering, or a special event. The beautiful setting offers a relaxing feel from the hustle and bustle of the city, even though it is tucked away not far from the mainstream goings on. I was here for a golf tournament/fundraiser, and it was a huge success.

Amazing sprawling course, plenty of scenic, challenges for scratch golfers and warriors alike. Well manicured, a gentle breeze, and friendly staff, make this a diamond even in the rough.

Scramble ringer here, this course was nice. I got the invite and was happy that i got to check this club off the list. Fun track, up n down layout, and some great views from the back 9. Looking forward to my next round here.

Enjoyed playing a tournament here, haven’t played here in years. Great course and venue.

Great golf course, would have given 5 stars but when we played there when offered to guests, the bar was closed, no refreshment cart, nothing! How do you think they're going to attract new members that way?

Beautiful golf course. Challenging layout. Played here through SCGA outings for $65. Very worth of its value. Will play here again.

Attended a open to public golf event for $100. I have to admit i was a bit excited to golf here after readin̈g reviews. Oh boy was I disappointed the only green I saw was turf grass . The course was in desperate need of water, maintenance care. Fairways were full of sand , brown and difficult to play golf. One of the players on our foursome left after 9 holes describing the course as " Billy goat acres ". Event was shotgun and very few players on course after we completed our 5 hour round. I'm guessing I know why? Might qualify as worst round of golf this year primarily due to conditions. cour…

Been wanting to play this place for 15 years. Finally do and the grass in the fairways is matted like a street dog, the bunkers are being renovated with no sand and the crab grass makes you want to quit the round. I've never seen fairways in this shape...woooow. Some great views!

I recently played in a tournament at this course and was very disappointed to see that the course is presently undergoing an extensive bunker renovation project. Nothing wrong with upgrading the course and improving their bunkers, but not on my time and not on my dime. I paid over $100 to play 9 holes when almost 1/2 the holes were essentially unplayable, being converted into rather ridiculous short par 3 holes.
