Shady Canyon Golf Club

Actually visited the clubhouse for brunch-absolutely fantastic! Elegant without snobbery! Landscaped grounds worthy of special events and quiet atmosphere. Golf course is immaculate; currently aerating the greens (smart). Food was tasty and beautifully presented at buffet and a la cart. Staff is attentive, respectful and helpful!!

Very picturesque course. Greens can be tough (and huuuge) so know where to land that approach shot to avoid 3-putts. Btw, the food is EXCELLENT!

Excellent venue and service. May be the nicest in Orange County for a smaller group (ours was just under 100). Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, fantastic food. Truly 10 * plus. Very relaxing and low key upscale (think Montecito or Santa Barbara).

I have been here few times thanks to friends who lives here. Restaurant has always been excellent in quality of foods and service. Few times we 've been here we were here as group of 6 to 13 adults. Some were buffet on Sunday and they were all great. Getting here were never fun since we live in Norwalk but once we arrived here all were good.

Holiday experiences are amazing here. Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Easter are filled with fun and a great buffet. The chef is spectacular and the service unmatched. We always enjoy our time here.

Top-drawer hospitality. We had a special request - we didn't believe our wedding reception offered a specific beer, Lindsey, our server-extradinare rose above the fray, investigated thoroughly, and brought us the exact brew we sought, from "a secret stash." Other crew members rose above the fray, too. Unreservedly first class.

My son & 'daughter' are Members. This place is simply AWESOME! The food is GREAT. Ambiance is perfect! Classy all the way... Love it!

If I could give six stars I would. I pulled in to the golf parking lot and an attendant came out and told me I may have a flat tire. I mentioned my light went on earlier and he told me to park and they'd take care of it. Not knowing what that meant, I parked and started googling for tire repair shops. Two guys pulled up and - to my surprise - asked if they could put on my spare and fix my flat. The director of golf then came over and told me to get to the range and not worry about the car. Beautiful place. You would never know it back there. Nice lake golf course and hilking trails.

Their Easter brunch was sumptuous! The attention to every detail was much appreciated!
