The Resort at Pelican Hill

w We used To go have a drink and dinner enjoying the view.we always parked at the parking lot or valet to tip the valet , we came the other night the parking garage was blocked? We valet without a warning they are asking for 50 dollars for valet all tho we spent 500.00 on drinks and dinner. This a trap and un reasonable charge for valet? This is the last we will visit??

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with the trees surrounding the roads. Reception service was great. We made a same day reservation and they were able to accommodate to our situation. Unfortunately, we got a room (room 201) that had a sewage lingering smell. I was highly disappointed after reading the rave reviews. We were debating between the Waldorf which we have been before and it was spectacular. We wanted to try something new even though this was almost double the price but we ended up regretting not just going to the Waldorf. It was in the evening and we have 3 kids in tow so it w…

Greeted with a glass of champagne upon entering, and nothing short from five star service the rest of our stay! The staff really make this place so special. The drinks and food are all premium too whether you’re poolside, ordering room service, or in the restaurant.

This story begins on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Upon arrival to Pelican Hill, Syd and Carson greeted us and ensured that our stay would start off right. They coordinated their efforts to ensure the right room was selected. Which as most customers know is of utmost importance. The housekeeping department works on your schedule and keep to a nice routine. Rooms are maintained properly and comfortable by all respects. I love bringing friends and parties here. Exquisite atmosphere, relaxation, every detail of decor is well thought through: the grounds, the coliseum pool and the golf course are amazing. The ocean view is an amazing backdrop for all the magnificent architecture. Christmas themed parties here are a treat and the fireplace in the lobby is one of my favorite works of art in itself.

Beautiful Resort that has not forgotten what true service is! Everyone we've encountered has been over the top accommodating. Property is stunning, clean and the most amazing views! Not a golfer so can't speak to that but we have thoroughly enjoyed our getaway this week!

The most beautiful place I have ever been. The staff at the Villas is unmatched in the world of hospitality. Hunter, Cole, the incredible front desk and concierge, have always made me, my family, and visiting friends feel incredible joy and happiness when we are on the property. I've had the privilege of being a guest for 16 years now, and that won't change moving forward.

Any candlelight concerts are great, however being hosted at the Pelican Hill Resort makes us enjoy the fabulous surroundings and view that are priceless.

Absolutely loved my stay at this resort. I stayed for two nights and everything about the experience was exceptional. A beautiful property ruined by mediocre food and subpar service. There are far better options in the area at this price point. None of the staff we interacted with seemed to like their jobs or attempted to be helpful. On our first day, right as we checked in, we asked about the shuttle to the beach and were told it leaves once every hour and if we didn’t catch this one, we’d have to wait another hour.
