I recently stayed at The Ranch at Laguna Beach and my only regret is that I didn't have more time! This property is an incredible find—it feels like a lush, hidden oasis nestled right in the canyon, yet it’s conveniently located just across the street from the beach. The Ranch at Laguna Beach is truly a great place to visit! The staff was great from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay. The resort grounds are truly beautiful and serene! The location is conveniently walking distance from the beach and close to local conveniences. The restaurants offered good tasting and quality food. My family will definitely be returning in the future to stay at this hidden gem.

Lovely stay at the Ranch at Laguna. We really appreciated the full service but relaxed vibe, well appointed room with comfortable bed and bedding, awesome shower with great water pressure - everything really well done. Gorgeous setting in the canyon and just a short walk down the road (though currently under construction) to the beach with pedestrian walkway underneath the PCH. This place is a true gem! We absolutely loved our stay at The Ranch. Nestled between breathtaking mountains yet only a few minutes walk from the beach, it is the perfect location. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Sage at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire staff, including the drivers, were friendly and embodied a true "at your service" attitude. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We were recently at the ranch to celebrate our anniversary of 48 years. They exceeded all our expectations. The room was comfortable. The staff was always helpful, friendly people on the grounds were always saying hi to each other. We had our anniversary dinner at the harvest, it was beyond amazing, fresh ingredients, delicious food. By the way, the last slice of apple pie is truly delicious. You need to try it.! Spent some time at The Ranch at Laguna Beach Golf Course again recently and had a really great day out there. The course was in great condition and everything just felt really peaceful from the moment we arrived. The views around the canyon area make the whole round feel more relaxed compared to other courses. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pace of play stayed smooth the whole time which made it even better. We grabbed a drink afterward and just hung out for a bit because the setting is honestly that nice. It’s one of those places you don’t get tired of going back to.

Our experience at The Ranch was right out of the “Unreasonable Hospitality” playbook. From check-in to every encounter with staff - you could just tell this was a place where they loved what they do and where they worked. One mentionable callout was Garrett, who bonded with our daughter over the love of Pokémon and made her birthday one we (and she) won’t forget. Thank you 😊! The food on-site was the best we had in Laguna and the location made it feel unique and special.

What a great getaway. The rooms are clean and remodeled, with calm decor and everything is needed for a good stay. Amazing views and quiet grounds with wild scenery and wild life. I loved the stargazing and the fresh air. Amazing atmosphere up at the terrace with live music and good service. The harvest restaurant has a good menu and I loved the freshness of the food. My stake was no meadow rare as I asked for, but also I was not lucky enough to get the best peace of meat. The salads and the greens were drag and delicious. Our family stayed at the Ranch on Christmas night with extended family front desk was very helpful cordial and friendly. The room was lovely. We especially liked the Jacuzzi as we had had a long walk that day. Having a drink by the fire pit was especially nice Before dinner. our family of 12 had a wonderful dinner and were well taken care of by the wait staff. Highly recommend and would stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Been to Laguna many time and never knew about this quiet spot. Felt like a local gem and not a tourist spot! Was so relaxing and love the chairs included down on the beach. Seriously want to come back with more of my family next time!

Location: The grounds are truly exceptional. The service was heartfelt, and the setting evokes a secret canyon retreat just steps from the ocean. Our extended weekend with four couples from our neighborhood exceeded every expectation.
