Beautiful course, challenging but not to challenging, the only complaint is that there is only 9 holes instead of 18 but not a big deal by any means. Lady working the counter makes a mean BLT, and I look forward to golfing her for the next few years to come!

Very nice 9 hole course in a country setting. No sand but water comes into play on three holes both lateral and forced carry.

First time playing here as I usually play Athens, Dayton, Chattanooga Area. Absolutely loved this course! The people working there make you welcome too. Highly recommend this course.

Course is decently maintained and the staff is great. But the greens keeper has no regard for players or pace of play. Didn’t get to finish 9 holes because of him on more than one occasion now.

Love the course, however with the last three holes closed. I really would have liked to have saw a discount for playing a full 18. I was told “Things are moving just fine”. Oh well. I hear Emory is a nice course. Let’s not mention Anderson and Knox counties courses.

Course stinks and the ranger thinks you’re playing Augusta.

So I was right in front of the nice young family with the "5 year old" the other reviewer complained about. They weren't holding anything up! There were two foursomes and a duo ahead of me. For crying out loud it's a holiday weekend, you're going to Wait. To be fair, that nice young family were at the 2nd Tee with me before those guys came anywhere close to that first green, I was watching. The course is great for the money, staff is friendly and helpful. The course is easy and very forgiving. No sand here, but there's some water to look out for on a couple holes. Being very dry the past few…

This staff and course is great. The price will be hard to beat in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Only reason not 5 stars is because the greens are healing, and have been reconditioned but not back to form as of this date. Thankful that Lakeside is actively doing maintenance. I will return soon.

You will not find better golf for the price. 30 dollars for 18 with a cart at this 9 hole gem. Well maintained with very fair, true rolling greens. Not particularly challenging for the low handicapper, but does offer 2 very nice risk/reward opportunities at 8 and 9. Friendly staff and usually plays in less than 4 hours.

Great beginner course. It's very wide open and don't lose balls very often. I only play the weekend and it's only $20 for 9 holes. It's only a 9 hole course. But LOVE it you get that great golfing experience playing next to the lake.
