I live about 10 minutes away from this course and I had never been in about 6 years of being so close. Honestly, I am a terrible golfer and I do not have many opportunities to play or practice as a result of my family and career choices. But it was the end of the season and I decide to pull the trigger and play 18 with my dad and uncle who are 60+ and 70+ respectively. I was absolutely stunned by the beauty and uniqueness of this course. Its everything south mountain, riverbend, and fox hollow wish they could be and what they spend thousands trying to be. I now regret that it took me so long t…

The start of this course is epic with a high tee overlooking most of the course. After that, it mellows to a fun 18 with good views Most of the holes are straightforward and the greens are all fairly level. A few dry or repaired spots in the turf are visible, but nothing that can't be ignored. Overall a very fun course

Good course with potential but it needs a little love. The club house looks brand new and really nice and I expected a bit of a better maintained course to fit the club house. The front nine is fun back and forth in the valley and then the back 9 goes along the side of the mountain which is fun with lots of different elevation. The fairways were pretty dried out in a lot of spots and a few holes are shorter and one has a temporary green because their bridge washed out. I played this in the middle of July and you’d think since that happened in the spring they’d be able to fix it by then but i…

Super fun course and layout. Some of the best views of Utah valley, but occasionally the grass can get burned out in the summer. Greens roll true and are generally well taken care of. Slow play is an issue on weekends. They definitely have some of be best water coolers and sand holders anywhere in Utah.

Solid course, A little narrow but overall good course. Had a 830 am tee time and went off on time. The only comment is in regards to previous reviews on groups being sent off the back. Which not sure if that happened to us but a group that was behind us starting was not in back of us on at the turn. Not sure if that group had lunch or something but it was something that was brought up in numerous reviews and appeared at surface level to us. Not a huge deal but also something I think is not great practice to do on a weekend or ever really. Someone in our party almost stepped directly on snake a…

Got a surprise call today from the clubhouse. They found my rangefinder that had gone missing last fall. Fantastic service and integrity to reach out and ensure that it could be returned to me. Love CHGC.

Very reasonable green fees and cart fees. $60 total for 18 holes. Very friendly staff, good food in the cafe. The course was in beautiful shape and the greens were silky smooth.

Booked the last tee time for 9 holes. Asked us to come in by 6:30 multiple times by multiple people. At 6:05 they tell us to come in and block us from playing our shots on the 18th fairway. Decent course conditions but staff needs to not try and race home thus killing our round.

I went golfing here with my girlfriend on a whim, Was paired up with another fun couple, had a fun time, and made some new friends. The golf course was well maintained, and the scenery surrounding the golf course was magnificent.

Only 9 currently available. Reasonably priced and the back 9 was challenging and beautiful. Plenty of variety and overall in good shape. I'll play it again for sure!

Cedar Hills is a fun and challenging course. Doesn’t play particularly long and the par 5s are reachable. Each hole is unique and the two par 4s on the back 9 off the mountain give excellent views of the valley. Staff is always friendly and the clubhouse is always stocked. No driving range but they do have a warm up setup with mats and nets to get a few swings in off the practice green and first tee. Highly recommend playing here if you like a good mix of mountain and valley golf!
