In summary

The Lewisburg Recreation Center is appreciated for its clean and family-friendly facilities, including well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools, a golf course, and a fitness area. Visitors commend the friendly staff and the variety of amenities available. However, some patrons express concerns about inconsistent pool hours, safety and supervision issues, especially during busy times, and the condition of fitness equipment.

We had a great time at the pool! The diving section goes as deep as 12 feet, which was exciting. There’s also a fun slide and a small splash area perfect for younger kids. I counted at least 8 lifeguards on duty, which made us feel really safe. There are limited tables and chairs, so I recommend bringing your own towels or blankets to sit on. Also, be aware of the posted rules—no diving, no running, no smoking, and no vaping. Overall, it was a fun and family-friendly spot. We’ll definitely be back! — Kemoshire | Honest reviews. The swimming instructor here is phenomenal. She really works hard at teaching and she is amazing. She learns what skill level the person is at and helps them grow. We will be having our other children take lessons with her, too.

Can't even go swimming because the hours are different than what's listed online and the pools are unavailable all the time because they close it for specific swimmers and rec programs. I haven't been able to use either pool in a year because my time off never aligns with hours available.

Start again on fitness goals. Swam yesterday and worked in fitness area. Glad pool in reopened- would appreciate some better hours in am for general public Can't bring grandkids because is being used for senior activities. Only four people today at 9am Equipment in fitness center is in disrepair. Looks like in would be hard to keep clean in this condition.

The pool is nice, but they show favoritism to some kids. My great nephew was told he could not go down the slide after he had already been down twice. They said he wasn't tall enough but he was taller than several other kids, then they said he didn't swim out and his granny couldn't help him. He was walking to her in the water, which was not over his head. I then witnessed a lady walk to the end of the slide and catch her daughter. Nothing was said about that. What's up with that? What are the lifeguards there for. Just for the record, we know which lifeguard caused this. If they don't like yo…

The pool is small, overpriced, understaffed, terrible hours. That’s one thing...complete lack of rule enforcement and regard to safety is another. When you pay to get into a place, you have a reasonable expectation of safety. If you have small kids, stay away M-F after 1pm. The place fills up with tons of kids from summer camp. That’s fine, the issue is that these kids are rowdy and completely unsupervised. My youngest is 4, and I’m always in the water right next to him...but when you have large swarms of 6-7 kids every way you turn pushing and throwing each other into people, it gets hard to…

Wanted to go swimming (outdoors) with my grandchildren before school started back. When I got there they told me the outdoor pool is closed for the season, because high school was starting back. We still have the whole month of August, and pools close after labor day. When we got there people were swimming in the outdoor pool. We were informed that it was the lifeguards. Why would they be the only ones allowed in the outdoor pool? We decided to swim indoors, and was told the indoor pool wouldn't open until 4:00 pm. We went to the playground in the heat to wait on the pool to open, because I pr…

The outdoor restrooms are still nor open, the indoor restroom was out of towels and the was a light blurnt out on the tennis courts. You would think that since the Marshall County High School plays all the tennis matches here, it would be in much better shape.

Really nice, and large facility with indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool has a kiddie beach area with sprinklers, and there is a pretty big water slide and diving board. The indoor pool has a big lap pool, a large kids pool and a hot tub. Great place to bring kids. A day pass for the pool is $5-8.
