Putting politics aside, Lookaway is a great day of golf with an outstanding service staff in all measures. Best caddie master in the business, great golf staff, wait staff, grounds superintendent. While a member from its origin, I don't get to visit as often as in the past but have seen the same consistent beautiful golf venue and professional staff each time out. Each time I bring out guests they leave impressed and eager to return.

I’ve been a member for quite some time. Unfortunately, the club is clearly on the wrong path. 2016 Was another horrific year at Lookaway. It continues to be a great golf course but a horrible golf club. For the most part, members are good people and the course & pace of play are very good. But the aging management (i.e. a handful of guys that control the Board of Directors) continues to target fun members for disciplinary action, expel good members, price gouge the people who use the club the most, intimidate the workforce, and generally create an aura of dissatisfaction and frustration. As a former USMC veteran, I can respect the fact that you guys run a shooting range. Nevertheless, enduring the cacophony of gunfire echoing through my home every Sunday throughout the winter and early spring is exasperating and an unwelcome intrusion.

Lookaway is top notch in all aspects. The well groomed course is maintained by the top grounds superintendent in the area. Our well respected Caddie Master runs the areas top caddy program and although there are no teetimes there is never a long wait. The professional PGA staff is comprised of accomplished and skilled Professionals who provide expert teaching and club fitting to help improve our members golf games. One of the nicer private clubs in the area if you get to go there, go. They treat guests just like members. The members are also very friendly.

A beautiful club, well-maintained and landscaped. They had a fun Halloween party for the kids with a maze, games, pony rides and food with a bar for the adults.

Tucked away behind the trees on a well known yet nondescript road, lies beautiful golfing grounds that when given the opportunity it'll take your breath away.

I was lucky enough to be invited to play as a guest. The course, the clubhouse, and the entire staff were fantastic.

Nice country/golf club. We used their conference room for an event and it was well done, good food, great service and a nice location.
