Manistee Golf & Country Club

We had a great time playing at Manistee Golf & Country Club! The course offers beautiful views of Lake Michigan, which makes for a really scenic round. The layout is fun and playable for all skill levels, with a nice mix of holes that keep things interesting. The greens were in good shape and rolled true, though some fairways could use a little more care in spots. Pace of play was smooth when we were there, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a charming and historic course that’s well worth a visit if you’re in the area!

This is a beautiful course with stunning views of Lake Michigan!!! Loved looking down the bluffs and seeing the beautiful Lake Michigan. The fairways and greens are in great shape. The front tees are lady friendly. Staff was friendly and my husband and I got to play as a twosome which was really nice.. it allowed us to enjoy the views and take pictures.. The price is outstanding! I could not believe how beautiful the course is for the price. If I lived on the west side of the state this would be my go to golf course. We will be back in the future.

Great views! Course was fine. Very short. Greens incredibly fast. If your off the fairway it’s dry and hard. Back 9 is a bit tricked up with lots of blind shots. You’d probably score far better playing it a second time. Several times I hit pure shots only to find I was in trouble. Food service was good.

Some gorgeous holes along Lake Michigan and great course conditioning - fairways and greens were in good shape. For a 100 year old course we really enjoyed it - course has lots of short holes but small greens with several breaks and slopes to make approach shots more challenging, as well as well placed trees and doglegs to give just enough to think about how you want to hit shots and not just hit driver off every tee. Pace of play was good too we played right at 4 hours as a group of 4. It's a great value for the greens fees and if you are in the area I'd encourage you to give it a play.

Beautiful views and golf course. Great price. Great location. You cannot beat the views of the lake from the bluffs

Wonderful course greens are great the views spectacular. Need a cart girl tho. Would of been nice to see a marshal drive around occasionally. But other than that good course.

Wonderful well designed golf course, with a variety of elements that make it a memorable experience. With a few holes along the lake, make sure to focus on the golf.

Make a trip up there every year for 18 holes. Thanks to group golfer. Nice fairways and really nice greens.
