Worst thing about this place are the tee boxes. Place of play was good for a holiday weekend. Probably because we played early. Fairways decent. Greens nice. Lots of break.

We ate in the restaurant. The staff were nice but the food wasn't great. It took a long time to get our food, which was fine..we weren't in a hurry. But when the food arrived, mine was stone cold. We hit some balls at the driving range after which was fine.

Parents visiting college match, no available carts for use. Totally illogical given girls are all walking and the course makes money on the teams and the parents for the unused cart(s). Only time I’ve ever seen this Very poor form…

This used to be a fairly priced golf course, but after the recent price hikes I must post a review. They charge $52 to play and the course is in terrible condition, there is no water or any kind of beverage cart anywhere in the course. To add to it the pro shop workers are always disrespectful and rude. I had a good score here today but the condition of the course is unacceptable for the price. There a many other reasonable golf courses in the area.

The course is usually fairly decent for a public course. Today however was shockingly bad conditions. Fairways and greens hard as cement. Course overbooked. Cart had little to no power. Definitely not with the $60 greens fees especially when they aren’t taking care of the course.

Went to fiddlers evening of 4/30 about 5:30pm. We came to celebrate our anniversary and this isn’t what I would consider a good expierence. We entered the building, took well over 5 mins for the hostess to greet us while waitresses and waiters just looked at us. She then seated us in the last booth of the middle row. Right next to where the waitress and hostess were all standing around casually chatting. We ordered our food which wasn’t bad. We were then given 1 dinner roll each. Which we were not expecting and it was surprisingly good. Then as we were being given our appetizers more chatting…

We ate at Fiddlers at the golf course, and while past experiences have been good to great, this evening was very disappointing. Overall, the service was slow, which wasn't a huge problem, but one of our meals came out incorrectly. It hadn't been noticed immediately, but it was idenified just as the manager was passing by. She agreed to correct it but simply disappeared. When we saw her next, she was chatting in the bar area with people she appeared to know. Attempts to get her attention failed. We finally flagged down a server from another section who returned the meal to the kitchen. Our regu…

The course was in good shape. The pace of play was under 4 hours. It was a little pricey compared to most local competitors ($56 with cart). The staff was pleasant and efficient. We had a flat tire out on the course, and they promptly brought us a replacement cart. Overall, it was a good experience.

A party of three new golfers in one semi experience golfer we’re finishing up the front nine and staff came out and harassed us about a pace of play after letting three small groups of more experienced golfers play through! Would not refund us after we decided not to play the back on.

This was my second time golfing at Mayapple and we had a group of 4. Two of us are new golfers so we let 3 groups pass us as we were much slower. We were harassed at the 9th hole (our last hole) by the manager that we were “too slow” and that it was unacceptable. We did absolutely nothing wrong, there was no one behind us. When my husband went to confront them, they still could not tell us what we did wrong. We will never ever play at this course again.

I loved this place. The scenery is fantastic overlooking the golf course and inside the place is nice. The service was great, our waitress gave us space to talk amongst ourselves and a came over when we needed. The food was very good. I have the seafood Alfredo and you could actually see real seafood in it unlike other named places. It’s really good.

Terrible condition! Tee boxes had zero grass. Fairways weren’t much better. Greens were ok! Not worth the price.
