In summary

Meadow Brook Golf Course is appreciated for its affordable pricing, interesting layout, and friendly atmosphere, making it a popular choice for golfers seeking a casual and budget-friendly experience. Many visitors commend the course's unique hole designs and overall playability, though some note that the facilities are minimal and the condition of certain areas, like bunkers and greens, can vary. Common criticisms include slow pace of play and outdated equipment, but the course remains a favorite for those who prioritize value and a relaxed golfing environment.

Seems like new owners ate taking this course in wrong direction. I heard they are trying to do the work around the course themselves. They should hire a greens keeper who knows how to take care of the greens .This course is in terrible condition, not worth the time or money to play there. Rating is negative 3stars.

I found the course to be in very good shape for the most part. The fairways were green and lush. The rough was long and thick and the greens were very spongy. All in all for the price it’s a great course.

I've played Meadow Brook several times over the past three years and have thoroughly enjoyed every round that I played. I mostly appreciate the variety of the holes, the terrain, the views and challenges the course provides. Most recently this summer, the greens were in excellent condition, although there were a few small areas of burnout or disease. The best part has been how reasonable the costs are. I don't seek out the amenities but just play golf without being bothered pushy play and tight fairways where other golfers are always hitting into you. I enjoy each round that I play there.

I have been playing this course since it's inception in the 90's. This is by far the best shape I have seen the course in a long time. The staff is doing an amazing job bringing it back to life. Looking forward to many more years of playing here, and excited to see what the future holds for this course. Meadow Brook will always have a special personal place in my heart, as I used to play there with my grandfather every weekend, who also worked there part time many years ago. Every round I play there, takes me back to those days, and I know he is watching over me laughing as I lose a ball on th…

Good layout, fair priced, Condition of the course has improved leaps and bounds over the last 12 months . Everyone is friendly and laid back. The only real issue if I'm being honest are the sand traps. Need some more sand, or sod them over. I can really play anywhere I want, but I truly enjoy this course and the staff, and I prefer to play here than anywhere else... This course is for all skill levels . I'm a +1.1 HCP.and really enjoy it .

First off, this course is $20 to walk 18 holes on the weekend. That alone is worth three stars, at least. The course has an Interesting layout, some blind tee shots mixed in with some pretty intense elevation changes. A few drivable par 4's, mixed with some lengthy par 5s, and everything in between. Not a very challenging course, but enough variety to make you think. Course facilities are VERY sparse. The clubhouse is tiny and they don't have much in the way of food. I don't care about stuff like that, but if you're looking for a full-service restaurant after your round, look elsewhere. Cou…

I've been to five star golf courses and this is no five star course. It is however the cheapest golf around and you can have a good time here so I'm going to award it three stars.

Nice little course and can’t beat the price (weekday morning $21 for 18 w/cart). Fairways in decent shape and greens were good. Very similar to some other $30-$40 courses in the area. Some unique and tricky holes that definitely make you earn a good score. Great course for a casual round.

Went to MB on Tuesday to play . Course is in horrible shape due to such a dry season . And no irrigation for the fairways . Sad

Friendly people, best prices around, and a super fun layout. What more do you need. 17 is one of the best and coolest holes around, especially the green complex with the retaining wall behind.

My first time playing the course. I'll be back! $18 for 18 holes w cart. Yes, some greens had a rough spot here or there but not bad. Fairways were mowed and being mowed. Mower was courteous and stopped when near play. Some water hazards and a couple narrow fairways gave nice challenge .
