In summary

Michaelbrook Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained, beginner-friendly course with a pleasant layout featuring short holes and a few longer challenges. The staff is generally described as friendly and supportive, and the clubhouse offers decent food and drink options. However, some visitors have experienced issues with slow pace of play and occasional staff unprofessionalism, and a few noted that certain holes are too close together. Overall, the club offers good value for money and is particularly suited for beginners and families.

Very friendly staff, public friendly, affordable (it was $74 for clubs + golf cart, and 9 holes), but the pub (although very decent food) can be of better quality or quantity. For example, for soup at $6.25, for ok, was the size of a tea cup. ***the picture is not the soup***

Tho is a great course for beginners to seniors. Walk or ride. Play 9 or 18 holes •. Open till the snow flies!

Lovely Executive Course with a lake in the middle and plenty of challenges. Great place for food and drinks at Brookside when you finished. Awesome prices and well worth the $30 for a round.

Other than hole 9 from the front nine, it's pretty easy for a skilled golfer. No elevation and not many traps, so good to get off any rust. As a beginner, the course works for me. Grounds are better taken care of then the other executive course (Mission). Make sure you put on bug spray though during mosquito season and be careful of flying balls as some holes overlap each other. Overall, good value for your money. We did 9 holes for $26 and finished in about 2 hours.

Awesome golf course for beginners. 9 or 18 holes. I suck at golf and completed the course in 2 hours with 4 people.

It's my 3rd day in a row golfing at Michaelbrook and I couldn't be happier. I'm learning how to golf so head out first thing in the mornings and the staff has been so friendly and supportive, including the groundskeepers (who I see a lot of)! The course is well laid out, lots of room on the fairways, and so beautifully green and well-kept. Thanks team, keep up the good work!

I recently played 18 holes at your course and had a highly disappointing experience. Our group completed the round in about 3 hours 30 minutes, which included a 10-minute delay at the first tee because the group ahead was late. Accounting for this delay, we effectively met your pace guideline 3 hours 20 minutes. Also, throughout the round, that group remained in the middle of each hole or still on the green, preventing us from starting holes sooner or speeding up play. Despite fully adhering to your 3 hours 20 minutes guideline for 18 holes, a staff member remarked that our group was too slo…

Great little pitch and putt with a few par 4's. They put up with our kids learning and that stuff 😬. Nice back 9 and breakfast on Sunday👌

Golf course as expected. No real complaints given the cost. Folks running the pro shop were an absolute disaster. Took ~10min to check in two tee-times. They talked themselves in circles and then us in circles and soon everyone was a little confused. Pretty sure we got overcharged in the end. Our bad for not being more on top of things. Other than Proshop cart girl and the rest of the experience was good.
