In summary

Mount Airy Casino Resort is praised for its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and a variety of dining options, including popular restaurants like Guy Fieri's Kitchen + Bar and Bistecca. The resort offers a pleasant atmosphere with beautiful views of the mountains and a well-maintained golf course. However, some guests express concerns about the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke throughout the casino and limited food options during mid-week stays. Despite these drawbacks, many visitors find it a worthwhile getaway destination.

Me & my wife came here for our Anniversary. It was a great stay. Pool was highlight with warm water ( about 80 degrees +) the indoor out door thing was cool. Room was clean and smelled good. Food was good the all you can eat place was really good value. Location was peaceful hotel is connected to casino but away from casino for those who like that sorta thing. It was a very pleasant stay. Good food and shopping options only minutes away..

We stayed here for a mini-honeymoon and spent a long weekend in late February. Overall, it was a solid experience. The hotel itself is nice, and the casino is a good size. One thing to note — you’ll 100% smell cigarette smoke whenever you walk through the property. The restaurant selection was decent. Guy Fieri's Kitchen + Bar had solid options for both breakfast and dinner, and the steakhouse was also pretty good. Service isn’t quite on the level of NYC/NJ or Philly — things move at a slower pace — but everyone was friendly. Overall, I’d rate it a 7.1/10. A good getaway spot with a few mi…

Surprised that our first visit here was overall positive for our mid week one night stay. . We are Vegas Venetian visitors 14 days a year and very happy with this local option. All staff were invested in the culture. From smiling happy Valet to cleaning staff all greeted us. Check in and Rewards staff made us feel at home. Suite was clean and spacious. Two thermostats easy to use. Could use in room refrigerator but not the end of the world as ice machines right down the hall. RTP on slots exceeded my expectations as reviews said they do not pay. Came home with more money then I came with and p…

Very clean and beautiful rooms. Front desk is very fast and kind. Casino is a lot of fun. Lobby is beautiful. Pool and gym are both huge. Cleaning ladies on 6th floor do great work and very kind. Only complaint is they allow smoking in the casino. They need to ban all smoking in the casino like almost every other casino does

We had a nice time celebrating my sisters birthday. The rooms are nice and clean. We had good service at the restaurants. The spa was very nice and massages were great. The pool did not feel heated. The only negative is the smoke throughout the facility. It was overwhelming and you just couldn’t avoid it. That took aways some stars and from our stay.

Absolutely beautiful resort with gorgeous views of the mountains and a golf course on a lake. Our room was clean and comfortable. The casino offered free drinks for players and on Wednesday with a players card we got thirty percent off the buffet which was really good. Many entree options including seafood and steak. Dessert bar and salad bar huge. Highly recommend this place. Note it's adults only which made it such a nice vacation for my husband and I.

Decent casino that was super packed. Stopped by Saturday evening, and the parking lot was jammed packed!!! Inside was full of people playing table and electronic games. There’s a wide variety of the favorite games including: blackjack, roulette, craps, 3 card poker, and even pai gow! The minimums were $10-$25. There’s also lots of electronic games available, along with slots too. Not much service girls for drinks tho, maybe because it was too crowded. Inside also had a strong Smokey odor.

Visited for VDay. The hotel staff that I interacted with were exceptional. Rocco at the front desk and Charles the bellman were polite and professional and addressed my every need. Everyone in the valet staff, specifically Curtis, were quick and careful with my vehicle. Just very personable people to the point that I felt bad leaving after my stay. Our golf course view suite was AMAZING. I ordered the couples package for Valentine's Day that came with champagne and chocolates and rose petals on the bed and all that stuff, plus an additional dozen of roses to be placed in my room before check…

Very nice upscale hotel casino. Staff is very accommodating, rooms are always clean. Descent food options available and the casino is a nice size. Weekend entertainment needs to step up. A DJ would be great and comedians in the ballroom would be a nice touch. 10 mins off of route 80.

I had the pleasure of having “Ken L” as my roulette “dealer” and I loved him. He was so nice to me (someone that has never been to a casino before). I had NO IDEA of any of the rules and he was so kind to explain everything to me. We sat at that table Aprox 3 hours, and I will say I had so much fun. I left a review at customer service and also spoke to a “pit boss” to let them know how much I enjoyed my time here. Honestly it wasn’t about winning (although I WAS WINNING) it was really about having fun and learning the game. My time today definitely left a taste for me to come back!!! Thank you…

We've been going to the MT. Airy for a few years now. It's about 90 miles each way. The area is very nice, the Pocono Mtns. The staff has always been nice, aside from a couple of the same beverage ladies on the floor. The one, is rude if you don't tip. The drinks are complimentary. Just yesterday I flagged her down. (As usual because often they're scarce). I just wanted a coffee, which btw was the worst ever. She gives me the coffee. I turn to get a buck out of my bag. She, quietly says oh that's nice and left. Apparently she assumed I wasn't going to give her a tip. The next one , gave me a c…
