Staff was nice. The course is in decent shape. These haters must only play Greystone. It's a fun course at a good price.

The Mountain View course is poorly maintained !! The ball cleaners had no soap or water “dry” The greens were really bad!! T boxes were not cut clean spotted with weeds Will not play again until they get better!!

The rudest staff I have ever seen. They act like they don’t want you there and like you are an inconvenience to them. I play public courses all over central Alabama and all others are very welcoming.

This place has went down hill the club house carpet is nasty. The greens are mostly dirt . I don’t know what happen to the place 15 years ago it was very nice now just a cow pasture with cart path and flags

Always have a good time at this course, and I can't pass up a cheeseburger at the turn. It's always in good condition for the price and I like the new tee locations.

Whoever the older gentleman is that is in the clubhouse often (I’m assuming the owner) is just flat out rude. Multiple occasions to multiple different people. It cost nothing to be nice, especially to people supporting your business. I hope he sees this and realizes that his foul attitude affects other people and is just not right. I’ve noticed there are plenty of others in these reviews with similar experience, super disappointing.

I hate to give it 2 stars but I really hated playing here. It was very cheap and it has 3 9’s which is great. But there are no descriptions or pictures explaining any holes on the score card or anywhere. No clue which green I’m supposed to go to where doglegs meet, happened about 5 times. No way to know without prior knowledge. Really infuriating when you’re playing good and trying to score. Greens are utter garbage but that’s expected with price. Won’t be back.

The greens where nice with nice elevation changes on the fairway. Now for the bad. Horrible cart path bumpidy bump bump they really do need to fix it. Also the clubhouse needs to be renovated. It looks like no money has gone in to keep it clean and updated at all. Restrooms were nasty as well.

Good price and really fun layout. Course is in decent shape. Greens could use a little more TLC. There are three nines, each pretty different. I give it 5 stars because the people who work here are so friendly and welcoming.

Its a fun course with a lot of elevation changes. Greens, and the greatest but pretty standard for the Birmingham area. There are a couple pretty challenging holes that are a lot of fun. For the bad... the club house, cart path, and presentation could use a face lift. Was probably extremely nice in the 90s, just hasn't been updated in 30 years. I still plan to play here a couple times a year, and the girls inside were very nice and helpful.
