In summary

Nick Stoner Municipal Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, scenic setting in the Adirondacks, and friendly, helpful staff. The course offers a fun and challenging layout with reasonable pricing, making it a favorite for both locals and visitors. Nick Stoner Golf Course is a hidden gem! The course is well maintained and is affordable. The course is a par 70 and plays at 5506 yards from the tips. It has a fun and challenging layout that should appeal to everyone. There are scenic views and you are likely to see some wildlife on the course. The course is named for Revolutionary War hero Nick Stoner. There is a great statue of him on the course. Stop by and experience this nice Adirondack golf course.

What can someone expect for $40? I went there one morning on a whim and after playing the first hole alone, I caught a threesome on the 2nd hole and joined them. They were locals to the facility. Had a really good time, course was in really food shape considering all the rain we've had. Greens were very nice. I thought it was a great value. I guess one negative would be no cart girl or any way to get a drink/beverage/snack on the course.

Course was nice, staff were pleasant and helpful. Only downside was incessant, ruthless, and abundant deer and black fies that interrupted every swing.

Nick stoner is an Incredible course. My buddy and I have just started playing golf and Stoner is by far our favorite course to go to. Beautiful with amazing staff such as Adam. Very welcoming and helpful. Doesn’t make me feel as if I’m less than just because I’m new. So thank you Adam and look forward to golfing again here soon.

Love this track in the foothills of the adirondacks. Old style course, small greens, not overly long in yardage, and one spectacular 18th hole. Can you drive the creek, or not. Very reasonably priced too, especially on a monday, 25 dollars for 18 holes with cart.

Great place to see a band. I saw Vegas Crush there last month - they are an awesome band (play lots of rocking songs). I heard they've gotten other good bands there too.
