A beautiful river full of twists and turns. I've canoed on this river and it was breath taking and lovely. I have a swim spot at the river as well and the family and I have fun on the banks in the summer.

I didn’t stop here to see the river, I was forced to the side of the road, when a tire blew on my travel trailer. I give 5 stars because the landscape and everything is beautiful, however, I was not concerned with site seeing, and waited for roadside assistance to show up with a tire.

Went to the Nottaway at 258 and went to the NC side of the line. I ended up with 39 white perch 9 cats, 1 bowfin and 1 red eye.

This river is so nice and clean, we would actually bathe in it on a hot summer day at our campsite mainly to conserve the well water from going dry. I have also caught red eye and eel fishing in the Nottaway.
