South Hill Country Club

South Hill Country Club is a beautiful 9 hole course located deep in southern Virginia. The conditions were amazing from tee to green and it was apparent the maintenance crew takes great pride in the upkeep of the layout. The staff and members were pleasant and welcoming and made my round an absolute blast. I consider this course to be the best 9 hole private club in southern Virginia and is a must play if an opportunity arises.

Super Junior golf event hosted by the course. Course is in great condition. Club Management did a great job.

Private club only playable by members or guests, but relatively affordable membership fees. The driving range is public and only $3 for a bucket.

What a hidden gem. Course is not long but its challenging and beautiful. Great folks down there they welcomed a couple of out of towners for the day and treated us like family. Thank you SHCC!! Ps love the hat!!!

This course reflects all the hospitality what Southside Virginia offers. A delightful staff and a course that is mantained by only a few groundsmen. In Northern Va. it takes a dozen to do what this staff gets done daily! The members are great and the club give a terrffic value for the dues paid. Hats off to South Hill Country Club!

Just played their annual Red White and Blue Tournament. The course is in great shape. They have upgraded their pro shop.

It is a good space for gathering. Great location, also. Nice kitchen. Only complaint is it was not clean. The kitchen and the floors needed attention.
