Oakhurst Golf & Country Club

My wife and I have shot several weddings at this club and always enjoy our time there. The grounds are beautiful and offer gorgeous backdrops for photos. We have done several ceremonies on the patio, which provides an intimate feel. The balcony overlooking the dancefloor is great for both the DJ and us photographers to use. If you are looking for a one-stop shop for your wedding (prep, ceremony, reception), Oakhurst has you covered.

My husband and I got married at Oakhurst Golf and Country Club on September 20, 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is stunning—spacious, elegant, and so private. We loved the wraparound porch, the fire pits, and the fireplaces with their beautiful mantles. The woodsy feel gave it such a charming atmosphere that we often forgot we were even on a golf course. We had our wedding here in August 2021 and it was the best decision we ever made. Lindsay was AMAZING in every way! She was so responsive to all my emails and phone calls, and she was on top of every detail! It helped so much to know she had everything handled. She even set up the majority of our wedding decor and tables, etc. She was absolutely fabulous. Also, the food was delicious! Our guests told us several times how tasty everything was. We held our wedding at Oakhurst this past August. While the venue itself is beautiful, I cannot recommend Oakhurst or their coordinator, Lindsay, for wedding services. Several items that were supposed to be included in our package were not available to us on the day of the event. In addition, our family and bridal party ended up handling both setup and tear-down, as staff members were largely absent during these times. This country club is lovely! The food is fantastic, and everything is so well-organized. The staff is also amazing!

The Oakhurst team is spectacular and has helped run fantastic golf outings with me for the past few years. Their marketing director is exceptional and their golf pros are very customer service oriented and devoted to providing an exceptional experience at the club. Not to mention it’s a beautiful course and always a great day of golf.

We just had our wedding at this club, and all I can say is wow. The second I saw it, I knew it was the perfect venue for me, but beyond that, the entire experience was nothing short of perfect. We worked with Lindsay, and she is amazing and organized. I felt so comfortable and confident with her that it made me relax. She helped me stay on task, and to be honest, if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, you almost done even need one if you have it here. I have been here a couple of times for a bridal shower and a baby shower. Each time has been incredible. The food is absolutely incredible and the staff each time has been very attentive and welcoming. Such a great space to hold an event, very beautiful rooms!
