The gem only the locals seem to know about. For the past few yearsvery I drive from Montreal to play golf in the Ottawa Valley. I never miss this course. Very well maintained, nice setup, challenging, and with lots of elevation. The greens had just been aerated so made putting a bit more difficult as the ball would bounce up off the putter, but that is what happens in October golf. Overall had a great experience at Oaks of Cobden and will be returning in 2026.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this golf club. The course is beautiful and definitely has some challenges. Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The grounds crew have really brought the course back to life and work tirelessly to keep it in great shape! Clubhouse crew are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Thank you to Carrie and her team for always making sure we have a terrific experience at the club!

l golf at Cobden every Ladies Day, and try to golf 18 holes a few times a year. It's one of the best courses in the Ottawa Valley and the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who is interested in a beautiful, scenic and well maintained golf course - and it isn't easy!!! lol

Beautiful scenic course! Surprisingly great greens for this time of year. We’ll definitely be back!

The par 4 8th was shortened to a par 3 on the day due to a waterlogged fairway. That's never a good indication of the condition and upkeep of a course. The rental set was very old and uncleaned. Be aware that the rental set did not include balls or tees and these are then extra, which means the total cost is a bit too much for a course of this standard. Some decent holes layout-wise, but too many felt slightly pedestrian.

I golf almost daily at the Oaks of Cobden. I am somewhat physically disabled. I can't walk very far The Oaks is definitely the most accessible course I've ever been to. The course is in great shape.

Beautiful course, BUT the ponds ruined it The golf course itself is absolutely stunning, well maintained greens, scenic views and overall beautiful place to play. Unfortunately, the ponds really took away from the experience. The water looked muddy and grey, there were dead fish floating around, and the smell was unpleasant. it also attracted some bugs, making it hard to enjoy 4, 10 and 18. I'm not sure what happened, but what ever was done to the water needs to be fixed. it really detracts from the otherwise gorgeous setting.

Course is nice but the front staff scammed us. We had a rain check for 9 hole and they made us pay $14 each to use it. The rude manager was trying to explain her math which made absolutely no sense. Never going back there.

Oaks of Cobden A considerably challenging course with tight fairways and fast, clean greens. A pretty nice course and with the underpar deal it makes it an easy choice for a drive from Ottawa. We will certainly play again!

Great course sometimes a little dry but overall a fun course to play for a middle range golfer and gang
