In summary

Ocean Shores Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, friendly staff, and unique layout that offers a mix of challenging and straightforward holes, with abundant wildlife adding to the experience. However, some visitors express dissatisfaction with the customer service, particularly regarding the availability of golf carts and inconsistent communication about facility hours. Additionally, a few guests feel that the pricing does not always match the course conditions.

Ocean Shores Golf Course features a flat but well-designed layout that offers a great golfing experience. The course is well-maintained and provides a good challenge for players of all skill levels. The staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. You'll also spot plenty of deer around the course, adding a unique touch to your round. It’s a great spot for a round of golf.

Nice golf course. Reasonable price. But... They won't take cash. Not a big deal for most but it frustrated me.

Terrible customer service. Booked a tee time online days in advance. Playing along with me were my parents and their friends. Most of my group was unable to walk the course but are all capable of playing and keeping up. They denied us of golf carts. We were told we would hold up the other golfers if we didn't walk. We said that we needed carts and they said we'll I guess you're not golfing. Course might be OK but the management is awful

What a great course and the staff was the best. It's unique design gives you a mix of challenging and straightforward shots. The greens were fast, especially for us playing in February. I was blown away by the quality of the greens and fairways in the middle of winter. Wildlife abounds on this course, you'll most likely see dozens of deer and geese if you play 18 holes. I'll definitely be a repeat customer at this course.

I have been playing the course every summer for over ten years and it has been gradually getting worse. Also, if you are not a local or someone who is part of the club, good luck trying to get good service. Wish they had another place close by to play golf. The practice green and the driving range are the only good part.

I love golfing here, but supporting the cost is getting more difficult. $50 per round without early bird or evening rates is a bit much, given the course conditions. Tee boxes are often in mid to poor condition and some of the greens could use better care. Overall it’s a good course, but this is $30-$40 with cart included, and not $50-$70+ territory. Staff are friendly, however, so maybe that makes up for it.

This is a fun course to play with open space and well kept greens.

Great course to check out while you’re in town! Course has a cool stretch of holes that are in the center of town on the back 9. 18 is a beast of a par 3! Maintenance has done a fantastic job getting the irrigation set up and the fairways are nice and green!

Nice but unreliable. Unfortunately this is the second time in two months I called ahead to confirm the driving range would be open only to arrive and find the facilities shut down. I can understand shutting down on a slow day, but at 2:45pm I was told the range would be open until 4pm only to find it closed at 3.11pm. It’s your business to open or close but be responsible with the information communicated to customers over short periods of time. Second time this has happened recently, makes for a frustrating experience.
