Olalla Valley Golf Course

I would give 5 stars for value/dollar. Our traditional course for our annual family reunion is Agate Beach, they had a tournament so Olalla was suggested. We were pleasantly surprised! Nice people both staff and players. This is a challenging course - bring balls! :-)

Where to begin, this course is lovely. Rough around the edges, but tons of potential. Husband and I golfed in the morning & had the first 9 totally to ourselves. Second 9 we had a handful of other golfers on the course as well. Very unique holes. Very beautiful setting. This course needs a little TLC, which the very gracious owner is trying to do, possibly on his own. But for the price, & the setting, it's totally worth the stop if you are in the area, or worth making a side trip stop if you are close to the area. Will be a new stop for us when we are at the coast.

Possibly the biggest hidden gem in the Pacific Northwest, the course at Ollala provides a golf experience unlike any other. While only 9 holes, one can find themselves spending hours of carefree enjoyment here with friends and family. I recommend this golf course to anyone who loves the game and isn’t afraid of losing track of time (a maybe a golf ball here and there).

This course isn't the well maintained country club your pretentious grandpa used to frequent, but it carries its charm in a different way. Never crowded, exciting elevation changes, laid back golfers and staff. Great place to learn and not have to worry about that golf stigma. Come have fun.

Small locally owned course. Fair priced. Bring or buy extra balls as the layout tends to be a little tough with water playing a role on 6 of the 9 holes. Still a ton of fun though. Very scenic with salmon heading up the creek in late fall. Elk herds seem to be attracted to a few holes. Even had a bear show up when teeing off on #6.

Nice day in Toledo...83 degrees at the golf course. I was surprised when only one other car was there. I now know why. $18 dollars each for only a 9 hole course that the fairways hadn't been mowed in a week. We would lose our balls in the fairway. To be fair the greens were in pretty good shape. Poor value when there are courses that are so much better for the money...and they are 18 holes.

Beautiful setting in the trees in coastal Oregon. Waterway (creek) bordering or crossing 7 of the 9 fairways makes for challenging and fun course management. Fairways and greens in good condition, not excellent possibly because of the very dry 2015 summer. Definitely a fun outing and will play here again. The green fees are a bargain and the course location is convenient from nearby US101 coastal cities.

Great little 9 hole course. Pretty narrow but its LOOOONNNNG! Par 37 which is different. We had the whole course to ourselves. Can't go to bars or restaurants so might as well and enjoy some fresh air and get some exercise. Plus, with the spacing, you are responsibly social distancing! So go out and support your local golf courses. Help them all stay in business through this crazy Covid hysteria.

Wanted to play 18 holes along along with Waldport course where we had golf certificates.The website showed $7 per 9 holes riding. I WAS walking. My friend was riding. They then charged her $28 for $18 holes. I asked why? "When a cart leaves the barn it is always $28"? I mentioned that the site shows $7/per 9 holes. They said and I quote " we can't put all the info the web site"? HUH? Geez no wonder they're a pipsqueak 9 hole course site.

I used to love this place..... now not so much! We decided to get married here and had many problems. We paid for things we did not receive, my whole bridal party was yelled at by some guy downstairs on a power trip, and the owner of the cafe Shelly didn't seem to care about the problems. She even left before we did! I ordered white wooden chairs and we got crappy broken plasic ones that my maid of honor and I had to go scrub down the morning of the wedding. No help was ever offered. Our buffet was not what was described and many of our guests left early to go eat dinner! Very dissapointed wit…

Fairways are rutted & hard to drive on...stick close to cart paths! Greens in good shape but serious golfers should avoid this course, leave it to the beginners...

One of a kind course! Beautiful scenery & greenery. Variety of challenging holes. I hear there’s a chance at a hole in one on the iconic 8th hole.⛳️
