In summary

Old Landing Golf Course is appreciated for its affordability, friendly staff, and scenic views, especially near the bay, making it a good option for beginners and casual players. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, noting issues with greens and fairways, and some feel the pricing does not match the condition. The course is reportedly closing for future development, which may have affected ongoing upkeep.

Nice Bayside links course close to home but soon to be a housing development just like every other bare piece of land in the once beautiful Sussex county Delaware.

I played on Saturday June 10, 2017. I teed off late morning and took me 2 hours 50 mins. Good little course, perfect for a quick round, most of the holes are relatively forgiving although few holes require more precision. Great course for beginner or the occasional player plus can’t beat the price $35 with cart. Staff is very friendly. Overall, the course is in decent shape; although, few areas need some work but again at $35 with cart, it is worth it. I recommend it and certainly will go back.

Great place for beach going adult golfers. Cheap and the course is very open so even after a few beers it is nearly impossible to lose your ball. Also, very casual dress code (I recommend playing shirtless starting on hole 4). In short, the course is a great place to properly tarnate some Saturday golf with the boys.

Fairly beat up course. Greens are pitted, Fairways are choppy, minimally maintained. However if you just want to get out for a couple hours and hit the ball and don't really care this is the course for you. $25 for nine holes $35 for 18 during the week.

Old course that is closing soon for development into housing. You can tell this was the plan for a while - some maintenance was not done, greens had some weeds on them. Really had fun golfing - but was not reflected in score. Fantastic views - would have been great to keep in good shape - too bad.

Definitely one of the worst courses my husband and I have ever played! Not worth the $52/ round! Weeds in the middle of the greens, horribly shaggy tee boxes. No water on the course, just 4 nonworking drinking fountains. Clubhouse workers didn't bother to tell us, either. It appears that lots of non-golfers play there. Unfortunately, there are very few public 18 hole par 71 or 72 courses near Rehobeth Beach so they draw people. We definitely won't be back if we are ever in this part of the country again.

This course is no longer in operation. Fairways are overgrown and greens have been excavated. Presumably there's a housing development in this former course's future. One star b/c you can't review with less. It used to be an interesting, fun and comparatively cheap course to play in it's day. Another course lost to housing.

Lady working in clubhouse was very nice but $50 for 18 and cart is way too much for this course. Greens are like trying to putt on a bad lawn. A very inconsistent golf course. More like a $20 course.

Have played this course several times and find it very challenging and fun to play, with great water views and at a very reasonable price. The cafe there also serves excellent food and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire operation rates 5 STARS.

Went here as a Local to the 302 never having played this course. I am avid at Sussex Pines, Plantation Lakes, Baywood, etc. Save your 30-50 dollars and go somewhere else. I've played once and I guarantee I will never go again. God bless.

Great place for the money, $25 with a cart. Greens aren’t the best but it’s $25 near Rehoboth Beach. So, there’s that.
