Olde Homeplace Golf Club

Beautiful course, lots of elevation changes and water and woods. Not crowded or rushed and the greens were in pretty good condition. Large practice putting green, with driving range and 2 practice chipping areas with sand and rough options. Carts are older gas carts but still in really good condition. Clubhouse has snack bar with food options. Friendly people and a good vibe. This was my first trip there and I’ll be back.

Fun course, good winter conditions. Good hot dog, no beer at snack bar.

Great layout for the course, friendly staff. Only thing was people don't fix their pivots on the greens. Had to fix several others pivots before we could putt our own ball. Maybe have the ranger keep a better eye on this. This was the first visit with yall but won't be the last.

We drove up from Raleigh to meet our friends from Asheville, for a fall scramble tourney. We could not have been more pleased. Golf course is a great challenge with greens that run true. We highly recommend this course for play. We look forward to coming back.

This course is absolutely awesome and in great condition. This place for the price you can not beat it. If you're ever up this way do not hesitate to play here!

Staff on the phone are very rude if you’re looking to book a tee time. Overall, not a very friendly type of vibe. I advise going to Heather Hills or Winston Lake if you want a better experience.

My first time playing this course was great. From check in to cart return my experience was A1. The course was in great shape, a wonderful layout. My only negative is there were many ball marks on the green that were not repaired. That is not the fault of the course or the staff. I will definitely come back.

Well maintained golf course, always a fun place to play. As golf courses go easier than most, but fairly priced and always in good condition. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Played 8/15/23 7:45 am tee time course was amazing fairways and rough maintained! And was only $33 for the early tee time! Will definitely be back!!!

Me and my family will not be coming back here, we had to wait for 10 minutes on the group in front of us to hit and had a ranger on to us about splitting up while we wait. The worse greens I ever played on and the level of disrespect is not acceptable. And did not want to give us a refund but told us we can leave their course. Could not enjoy a round of golf with my widowed grandmother without any remorse of letting us enjoy our time. Unless you want to be disrespected do not go here.

Nice layout. Course in good condition. Greens rolled evenly. Would play again.

I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know how much we appreciate how well Mark and Brian and the rest of staff take care of us EVERY WEDNESDAY. My dad, Bob Fox, is 90 years old young and he still gets so excited every single week. Golfing at your beautiful course has continued making precious family memories that I wish could last forever!!!
