In summary

Oso Beach Municipal Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained course conditions, including excellent greens and fairways, and a layout that offers a fun yet challenging experience with sand traps and water features. The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While many appreciate the reasonable pace of play, some visitors have noted issues with golf cart conditions and rough cart paths.

Visiting the Texas Gulf Coast for a wedding and played Oso Beach… We really enjoyed the whole experience. Course is in great shape. Fun layout but this track will challenge you…sand, water and elevated greens. Super friendly staff! Absolutely will be back and highly recommend!!!

I really do love playing Oso. I love the distance from the senior tees, I am not a long driver 200-220 avg and I am able to shoot in the 80s. Only playing for 2 years at 60 years old I hope to move back because I'm driving to long at some point but as of now the layout is a blast for me. Plus it's in really good shape considering this sotx heat and lack of moisture. The guys and gals in the clubhouse are really nice as well.

Fairways are in good order, greens are very good and staff was very friendly. Nothing worse than a snobby golf pro shop person. Look forward to golfing here again soon. Great time for me and my friends.

I played the OSO Beach Golf Course for the first time in 2006. Have played there many times since then. My round this week on Mon, Oct 13th was enjoyed on the best green conditions I have ever experienced there. Kudos to the superintendent and his/her team. They are great looking and rolling true. I really enjoyed my round this week at your golf course.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is a fun golf course to play. The tees, fairways, and greens were in very good condition. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We played in just over 4 hours on a very busy Friday on a beautiful November day. The fees were reasonable.

I have two tee times for March the 9th for 9:08 and 9:16am. But just got a notification that my tee times were moved to 9:40 and 9:48am when I myself didn't change them.I would like to know why they were change and would like to keep my original tee times. Please let me know why or who made these changes if it wasn't me.

The course was in great shape! We come down to CC to play it every couple of years. We appreciate the well maintained fairways and greens. Staff does a fine job with everything! It’s always a fun time for those of us who grew up playing here in the 70’s.

The gentleman who looks like Lee Trevino was very nice and brought our cart to the car for us and shared some things about the course. Good price and the ladies in the clubhouse and snack bar were very friendly and accommodating as well!

The course is in great shape! I wish players would stop dragging their feet on the near perfect greens and repair ball marks. On a crowded day pace of play was surprisingly good. Great experience. I played here as a kid in the 60s and 70s. Memories….

Today was a great practice round of FlingGolf. Local Player Jon Crouch, is 2nd in Men's WLF FlingGolf Texas Regional Championship. We play with two gentlemen from New Mexico Jon ended up with a 72 and I had a 75. Not bad for only playing FlingGolf a year. OSO Beach was up to Par with most Country Clubs. Foresight Golf has done a phenomenal job at re-building OSO Beach and Lozano Golf Center.... Thank you.... FlingGolfers Really Appreciate all the hard work that all the OSO Beach Staff does....

I played a round at Oso Beach yesterday and other than the wind conditions was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were professional and very helpful. The course was in excellent shape with very few worn or bare spots which were usually only along cart paths or areas “in the rough” between fairways. Greens were in excellent shape and the fairways were generally in very good shape also. The reason why I’m only rating 4 stars is due to the golf cart and the cart paths. Many of the cart paths were rough or broken (like many streets in Corpus) and our cart made it through the round…
